All handled well
Made an insurance claim after my daughters Fiat 600 hit on a roundabout. Fix Auto appointed by out insurance company and very happy with them and their work. I was kept informed at all stages by Nina and the repairs were carried our to a very high standard. Supplied us with a nice Skoda as a courtesy car so very satisfied with everything and would be happy if we had to use again.

Would have been 5 stars but the lack of communication from them was poor. Despite saying via text they would contact me with 3 days they didn’t and I had to call. Also when the car was collected I ticked box to say get update every 5 days and again no contact.

I absolutely love my C63 AMG and wouldn’t trust just anybody with it, so finding the right repair shop was a big deal for me. From the very first call, I was made to feel completely at ease, and when I dropped the car off, everything was handled with professionalism. The courtesy car was ready and waiting, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and honestly, my car looks brand new again – I couldn’t be happier with the results. A special thanks goes to Priya, who managed most of my interactions and kept me updated throughout, as well as the rest of the team who were equally brilliant.
Top-quality service, excellent communication, and true professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone who values their car as much as I do.

The only small negatives that had to wait quite a while to hear from them to get my car in but otherwise they were brilliant. A lovely lady picked my car up from home and dropped it back. The work was perfect even though I have a difficult 2 stage pearlescent paint and they cleaned my car in and out. Would definitely recommend
