I was put in touch with Fix Auto Mid Cheshire through my car insurer when my car was damaged. From the very start, Phil was both friendly, helpful and professional all the way. Phil even went the extra mile when he stood in the street on a freezing cold day to signal where the company was after I had got so lost.
Phil kept me updated the whole time with the progress of the repairs.
It was a real surprise and a thrill when I collected my car to see that the car had also been cleaned and looked like new again.
Phil is a asset to the company.

Phil from Fix Auto visited our house to asses the damage to our car and quickly arranged a date for the repairs. I took the car in and was kept up to date all most daily on the progress. When I picked up my vehicle Phil explained what had been done and showed me on the vehicle. I was very happy with the repair, the car had been washed and valeted when I collected it. I would certainly recommend Fix Auto to anyone requiring repairs. They are a very customer focussed company and Phil is a credit to them

This is exactly how a business should run.
Phil at the customer focussed end does a great job of keeping in touch, sorting stuff out , and liaising with car pick ups and drop offs.
Vinny and his team of wizards are another level.
But the really awesome thing is that when they delivered my car back from localised front end and rear end tidying, the whole vehicle looked like it did when I bought it 3 years ago - inside and out!

It was so lovely that you were able to collect/return my car to my work address to suit me. The job has been done so well and to a high standard-I would 100% recommend. I was kept informed of the progress of my repair at every step of the process. My car was returned to me beautiful valeted and absolutely gleaming. The repair was explained to me and compared to photos of the damage. Phil made it easy for me to return my hire car and take delivery of my repaired car at the same time. I would definitely recommend this company.

Having been involved in an RTA in November work was needed to repair my car. Within a few hours Phil from Fix Auto had been InTouch and the full procedure explained to me. Whilst in the garage I was given regular updates on progress which made things much less stressful. I've now just picked up a fully repaired, and very clean car. I would certainly recommend them if anyone is in the. Unfortunate situation I was in.

After a minor bump we took our car here for repair. Communication was with Phil over WhatsApp and was outstanding throughout.
