Excellent service from Phil and the team at FixAuto repairing my rear bumper after a minor accident. Phil was very good at keeping me updated on progress and the repair was completed when he said it would be. And even better, my car was cleaned and valeted, not an easy job with all the dog hair!

My insurance company arranged for my car to be fixed by Fix Auto Repair. For a situation that could be stressful and complicated, Phil made the process so easy and stress free. The first visit was helped by a map and some photos for what to look out for. He switched my hire car from my local garage to the Northwich branch and dropped me off to pick up a hire car. He kept me informed throughout of the process. I didn’t need to worry about logistics of picking up and dropping off the car. Phil is such a friendly and professional business owner, I would certainly recommend Fix Auto for a stress free experience. To top it off the paint repairs and checking the car was roadworthy after I’d been hit were top notch and the car came back valeted and smelling beautiful. What more could you ask for.

Whole process went extremely smoothly despite it being complex in terms of there being 2 separate claims and the works overlapping. Communication was excellent and work was delivered ahead of time. Sorting the hire car went well with Phil sorting a lift for me. 10/10 from beginning to end!

Had a great experience with fix auto who repaired a side panel on my Vauxhall Corsa they have done an amazing job. Also great customer service from Phil who provided regular updates about my vehicle.

My first car accident so had absolutely no experience with this sort of situation but I had absolutely no trouble thanks to these guys. Super helpful and always so easily contactable via WhatsApp. I was on holiday when my car was ready to be returned and Phil even organised for it to be waiting for me at home when I returned. Nothing but happy with my experience with these guys.
