Very satisfactory work
Friendly attitude of staff, early appointments and job satisfactorily completed. We had two cars that needed bodywork repairs and the staff kindly drove and delivered them for us as we didn't have a driver. Any queries and concerns were quickly sorted by Frazer.

Great customer communications and experience

Broken promises
I appreciate in the current climate parts can be tricky to get hold of. Also people can be off sick or on holidays, but...., constantly being told you will definitely get you car back tomorrow and then not hearing from them is clearly the wrong way do go!
I honestly heard more excuses than Bart Simpson made for not doing his homework! Please just be honest with your customers - you will get better reviews (clearly the quality of workmanship is there.) Waiting 8 weeks for a couple of small dents is not good enough when you are told you will have the car back in a week (then promised every week afterwards!)
