A reliable independ Vehicle repaier.
I have used Fix Auto (Previously Headley Motors) for many years to do the maintenance and repairs on various vehicles they have always been excellent. The quality of their work has always been first class. They have always supply a courtesy vehicle whilst they have mine. The repaired vehicles are always cleaned throughout before return. They can undertake bodywork and mechanicle repairs on almost any make of vehoicle.

I had a truly awful experience with Fix Auto - AVOID!!!
I had a truly awful experience with this company from start to finish, and wanted to warn others (especially female drivers) who may be considering using this company.
I booked my vehicle in to have a series of small scratches fixed, (£700 plus VAT), and was given a hire car that didn’t start properly and had clearly seen better days.
My car was left with them for nine days, and when I told them I needed to collect it for it’s MOT they fobbed me off again and again, saying it would be ready later. I must have called them five times asking.
When I was finally allowed to collect it on the morning of my MOT, it was clear the work had not been carried out properly. They had missed several scratches and small chips of missing paintwork on either side of the vehicle, and when I pointed these out to Fraser, one of the business partners, he was extremely rude.
He went on to tell me it was an old car and that he’s done me a favour by repairing things I hadn’t asked for (it’s my pride and joy, and when bought was the top of the range Saab convertible, and has been very well looked after my my local Saab garage). He started raising his voice, huffing and puffing, and my son in law had to ask him to calm down. The front bumper hadn’t been re-attached properly, leaving a gap on one side, and the water jets hadn’t been removed. to carry out the re-spray, so the paint will flake off in a few years.
It is safe to say I would not recommend this company to anyone, but especially female drivers. His manner was appalling, and when Fraser’s business partner came out to take a look, he did have to apologise on his partner’s behalf for the way I’d been spoken to.
Please take your vehicle elsewhere, would
be my recommendation.
