they did the repair on time for me to go home

It took nearly a month to get the car in and than two weeks to fix it. When the car come back drivers side have several scratches all over which were not there when it went to be repaired.

The customer service was great and the damage was fixed that l can not even see it.

I would’ve given 5 stars but I had to wait for 2 months for the car to be booked in for repair.

Having said that, I can’t fault the repair service as it was excellent. Also, thank you for the superb valet.

The staff were friendly and the courtesy car was comfortable also.

From Paul (the man with the beard ) His customer service was the best i have ever received in any situation from the moment i contacted him he kept his word . Never made false promises and me daily as he said he would . This man deserves recognition for his dedication to providing good service . The car repair was perfect too

Picked and delivered the car back home on time. The repair is great you cannot tell the car was damaged the car was returned in a very clean condition. I would recommend the repair shop you all.

Thanks for fixing my car, you made it look new.

Repairs all good and car bought back nicely cleaned, however bringing it back with only 6%= wás not ok.
Had plenty of Charge when they collected it. I know it will run down the charge not being driven but they could have at least charged it to 20%

Collected my vehicle and delivered it back again, done an amazing job repairing the rear end of my vehicle looks brand new.
Small tin of sweets are a very thoughtful touch.

Very Professional and polite service. My car was collected and delivered back to me sooner than expected I found them to be as good if not better than their word, my car came back as new cleaned inside and out (pretty sure it was polished too) so far no one can tell it's been repaired. Very happy with it.

All your staff are a credit to the company everyone I spoke to were very polite and friendly My car was collected as arranged and left me a courtesy car to use and returned my car when repairs were completed and was also valeted.Workmanship was unbelievable.Many thanks to all involved
