I was made aware of yourselves and great service by a friend who works for a local undertaker.

From my first visit to tour premises I experienced great service from Tyler Assuming I have remembered his name correctly. I am well known for extremely poor name recall)

After viewing the car Tyler thoroughly explained to me what was necessary to be done and the reasons why.

Also, Throughout the whole process, from my entering the office and all dealings thereafter and having the car returned to me he was most courteous and I was most impressed how much trouble he went to in being concerned that I was pleased with the final results.

I am. Of course extremely Happy with the final results as is my wife whose car it is.

We both have no reservations whatsoever in recommending yourselves and wish to thank everyone involved in the whole process.

Great service and an excellent repair

A fantastic service from Autocraft. Jake and Tyler were friendly, efficient and really helpful. The work they did was first class and the car looked like it had just come out of the showroom. I would not go anywhere else should I need repair work done. They are excellent!

The shrewsbury team made every effort to get me on the road again prior to a holiday where I needed my vehicle. They also did a cursery check of the vehicle knowing I needed it and identified work needing done which was also sorted. start to finish 5 working days. Great effort.

The whole process from the collection of my car from my home to its being returned to me @ Autocraft was handled with professionalism, ease and all round care and ensured that I understood all parts of the job which needed to be done. Tyler took time to explain the controls of the loan car and what was expected of me as the loaner. I felt totally well looked after.
