Fix auto completed a repair to my vehicle after an accident. They kept me informed of progress regularly by phone. This improved communication between us.

Stevenage repair centre staff were very friendly and helpful.
The repair process was done efficiently and my car was repaired to a high standard.

One very helpful person Andrea. However it took two weeks to change a bumper. There were problems getting the right parts.

The full repairs were not completed. There is still damage to the boot door internal plastic part and a rattle from the near side drivers seat area. My wife has spoken to someone at your Stevenage base who is looking into this but I have low scores as all of this was reported post the accident.

Friendly staff, they kept us up to date on the progress of the repair. The car was delivered back to us by a very nice chap,(sorry we didn't get his name).
It looks like someone has done a good job of cleaning our car as well.
We would definitely recommend Fix Auto.

Had my car fixed after an accident. My car insurance had been a nightmare to communicate with so fix auto Stevenage had been super helpful with communicating especially Henry. You’ve been amazing! Very informative, I’ve just received back my Range Rover- after slight scratches still left- wasn’t an issue fix auto Stevenage are even sending someone from their workshop to get it touched up at my home address. What phenomenal service especially receiving such poor service from my car insurance to get this dealt with.

I’m really impressed with the work done on my wife’s Polo GTI after it was rear-ended. The team did an amazing job—everything looks brand new again. You honestly can’t even tell it was in an accident. Communication was great throughout, and they kept us updated on progress. Super friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!

Good customer service and excellent repair work. This is the second time I have used Fix Auto being my preference over what my insurance company suggested. The only reason i dropped a star was due to lack of contact after I’d left the car. Had to ring to chase them up but other than that the service was good.

Excellent from start to finish. It is a hassle having a car repaired but these guys made it as smooth and stress free as it could possibly be and did a good job.

Unfortunately my second run in with an animal in 3 months led to my pride and joy being badly smashed up…. I insisted the insurance company take it to Fixauto in Stevenage as they made such a fantastic job the first time round. A courtesy car was promptly sorted for me and every interaction I had with staff over the phone was so positive, helpful, polite and they kept me up to date with the work schedule.
After a couple of weeks I received it back absolutely beaming, it’s like new!!
I genuinely can’t recommend these guys enough and just want to say a huge thank you to everyone as Fixauto for once again providing an extremely exceptional level of service.

Went through an insurance repair, staff very polite and kept well informed of what was going on. Car was fixed within time frame suggested and also came back far cleaner than when it left!

What can I say about this amazing company… I did a huge amount of damage to my beloved VW Scirocco recently getting into a tangle with an unfriendly bollard and my insurance sent me to FixAuto. I was distraught on arrival as I was convinced it would be written off due to the very extensive damage to the whole passenger wing but Kevin was so unbelievably kind and patient (even as I stood there crying with worry - how ridiculous of me) and did everything he could to bring the quote in below the insurers write off threshold.

By the end of the next day he personally called to reassure me they’d crunched the numbers and he thought we might be able to save it from being written off and gave me some top tips to take to the insurance company to argue my case if they did decide it was a total loss.

My insurance approved their estimate and the lovely Kevin called to let me know - they gave me a courtesy car (which they dropped to my door) and three weeks later they’ve returned my car to me - I’m BLOWN AWAY.

It looks better than ever. You could never ever tell I’d done any damage to it, and as a cherry on top they’ve cleaned it for me before bringing it back. Its SPOTLESS.

I’m so so grateful for everyone’s hard work and cannot recommend Fix Auto Stevenage enough and especially the very kind, compassionate and super efficient Kevin! Thank you thank you thank you :)
