Excellent Service and Repairs
Had a back end smash on Qashqai I'd only had for a few months. Repairs were excellent and I could not tell it had been done. Service was first class. Called me regularly for updates on repairs. Fetched and delivered car back to me. Hire car was very clean and perfect for the week - also it was an automatic same as my own car. Cannot fault anything - first class service and repairs.

I have received a very good service…
I have received a very good service from Hardwick Motors and their staff.
My car received a number of scratches and a dent to the drivers door. The car has a blue metallic paint.
I cannot see the repair after they completed it, the whole car finish looks as good as new. That includes the interior, which was Sanitized.
The invoice was the same as previously estimated.
All the staff I dealt with were courteous, professional and friendly.
I have been using Hardwick Motors for a number of years and see no reason to change, due to the quality of their work and price.

I found the service first class
I found the service first class. They maintained contact throughout the vehicle repair process, keeping me updated as to the progress, and in fact the vehicle was repaired and ready for collection much quicker and earlier than at first indicated. I was also impressed with the courtesy car provided for the duration of my repair. My only criticism was that the courtesy car only has enough fuel for about 20 miles, so had to seek a filling station to top up as the journey home was in excess of 20 miles. As a Ts & Cs suggestion would require the vehicles being returned by previous users to be returned with a full tank.

Unfortunately not all of the people who use the vehicles are prepared to conform with that request. We finish up pounds out of pocket with no chance of recouping the money for the fuel. After a relatively minor car crash, they picked my car up at a time convenient to me, lent me a courtesy car and carried out the work as quickly as possible. They kept me informed at all appropriate points. I am very satisfied with their work.
