I took my transit to fix auto to have a scuff on the wheel arch resprayed..when I picked the van up it all looked fine. 1 week later the scuff started to show again.. I think it was a further 5 times I took the van back to them. Each time they buffed it up with polish.. then within a week it started to show again. This was getting frustrating especially as I was getting accused of scratching it . I have since asked for my money back so I can take it somewhere else. They have refused..

Unfortunately, a scratch reappearing would be as a result of vehicle usage, wear & tear or an external factor. As explained by our team and the paint manufacturer specialist, the scratch was on the surface. As a goodwill gesture we did respray the panel a second time for you . We apologise that the outcome was not what any of us would have hoped for.
We pride ourselves on our quality and reputation and would like to reassure you this is not a regular occurrence in our repair process.
