More than I expected. Your company staff that I was working with was very understanding, clear and very empathetic. Especially when I told the staff this it is my first time in this situation and I have no experience in this matter as it was a hit and run incident and have knowledge what steps to take once I was referred by my insurance admiral. Staff that I was dealing with were very frank and honest and supportive every step of the way until the car was handed over once repairs was completed.

Had my car repaired after an accident at Fix Auto in West Hampstead and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done and the overall service received which was beyond my expectations. I would be happy to use them again and most definitely recommend them for any car related work needed.

Car looks good. No problems with picking it up and dropping it off. Very helpful.

The guys at fix auto were very responsive and helpful. They done a fantastic job on my ev even though I know ev cars are tricky.

I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto West Hampstead due to a crash, via my insurance company. The repair process was carried out so quickly, I had my car back within a week & the staff there are so helpful and friendly with whatever question I had. Exceptional work on my car, it looks good as new! Kelly at the front desk really is a credit to the company!

I was back here for some minor touch-ups or small respray. Staff (believed was the owner) met me & gave me a date for the job. No doubt the speed & the quality of work were brilliant. Another staff cleaned my car inside out for hours for free (I did tip him)

I was referred to Autofix by my insurance company for bodywork, following a Non-Fault Accident. Received my car back after a few weeks. I must say the body work on my BMW was Amazing! Absolutely flawless.. They did such a good job on my car, I am super happy with it. Jordon, Kelly and the other receptionist ( I can’t remember her name) from start to finish were just all amazing, friendly and professional. Will use in the future for work on my car again if ever needed. Thank you so much guys X

If companies have Borderline Personality Disorder, this is one of them. I find hard to explain their behaviour in non-psychiatric terms.

It all started when I asked them to pick up the car from my garage (my previous car insurance did this so I thought it was normal), because I was away for 2 months. This, somehow triggered them. After that point, they were basically trying to convince the insurance that I was not responding, and to convince me that the insurance was not responding.

I had to spend hours contacting the insurance to establish the facts. Once the facts were established, instead of apologizing and fixing the car, they simply ghosted us and refused to fix the car.

So, yeah, I regret asking them to pick up the car, but I also find hard to explain their behaviour in non-psychiatric terms. If you wonna feel like you are walking on eggshells by just existing, this is your garage...

Please do not pride yourselves over misrepresentation because it is an unlawful conduct - and I have it in writing as well.

The last part of of our communications were made primarily via email in order to stop misrepresentation. When you could no longer misrepresent, you simply denied service, which is illegal.

Further, it's worth noting that reviews in platforms other than Trustpilot rate you at 3.6 rather than 4.6. That's implies that the ratings are not independent as they are in other platforms.

reception staff were friendly and informative. My courtesy car was immediately available. The work was carried out extremely quickly and my car was returned to me beautifully clean inside and out

We were disappointed that it took 14 days to complete a relatively minor repair. We were told only on the Friday we were due to pick it up that it would not be ready until the Monday; on the Monday it turned out that it would only be ready by the end of the day.
