Fantastic experience so far. Car has just been dropped off after only a week, shinier than it was before the plonker hit it when it parked. Looks like a new vehicle. Everyone was lovely and kept me informed throughout the process.

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful, kept me informed with a very long drawn out repair, because the parts were not available, they arranged with the insurance company that I could have my car back minus a small piece of trim. They will inform me when it has been delivered.
My car was delivered to me and the hire car taken back for me.

My only criticism is that a periodic brief update by message would have been welcomed. Other than that, a great service all round.
