Brilliant Customer Service
Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Louis was exceptional, responding to my emails seeking assistance on the type of headphones to ensure we got the correct replacement pads, he even sent me a you tube link on how to remove the old ones. Customer service as it should be, but you rarely find these days. Thank you so much.
