My experience with FixedFloat has been extremely disappointing.

If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would honestly give minus one million stars based on my experience.

I attempted to exchange TRX for USDT (BEP20), but the transaction was stopped and my funds were held for review. During the process, I was repeatedly asked questions about wallet addresses and the source of funds. From my perspective, the requests went far beyond what I expected for a simple exchange transaction.

I understand that compliance checks may be necessary. However, the process made me feel as though I was being treated like a suspect rather than a customer. In my personal opinion, the company acted as if it had authority to investigate every aspect of my crypto activity.

Another service I used was able to review the situation and return my funds without creating the same level of difficulty.

This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this service again.

I´m using FF since one year, I never had any prblems at all

Very fast and easy swap. Did a 100 USDT ERC20 to TRC20 for 1 usd fee and got it in like 2 minutes.

I used FixedFloat to exchange 353 USDC to LTC. My order expired before the funds were detected, and since then I have been waiting over 7 days. Support gave me multiple deadlines that were never met - first "within 7 days", then "by May 11", then "May 12 at 1:00 AM UTC". Every time I contact support I get the same copy-paste responses with no real resolution. My funds are still not received.
Their response to every negative review is the same copy-paste message telling you to contact support - which also gives you the same generic responses and never resolves anything.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

UPDATE

The funds were finally received on May 12. It took over 7 days and multiple follow-ups and missed deadlines to get here. They are not scammers, they did fulfill their obligation in the end, but their communication and processing times need serious improvement. If this had been urgent money it would have been a terrible experience. Use this service with caution and be prepared to wait sometimes.

Fixed float are exit scamming, please stay as far away from this service as possible.
They lock your funds without any valid reason then ask you to complete very unreasonable things to prove the money is yours, such as screenshots from the source of the cryptos crypto wallet which isn’t possible for people, the support are scammers and all just pocket the frozen funds, please stay away from this service.

They say this is part of their tos, which is true but the point of them doing this is since they hope you can’t complete the kyc process so they can keep your money, it’s absolutely disgusting what they do.

I earned approximately $1700 in commissions through promotion on ff.io, but the payment was ultimately denied with the explanation that my activity was classified as “self-use” or a violation of their commission policy.

I strongly disagree with this decision, as I conducted genuine promotional activities. I also provided supporting evidence, including screenshots from a friend who used my referral link and browser redemption history showing the usage process.

Despite submitting this evidence, the support team stopped responding and did not provide any further clarification, detailed proof, or a proper escalation/appeal process.

Commission was rejected based on a vague “self-use” claim without clear explanation

Customer support stopped responding during the dispute process
Lack of transparency in how commission eligibility is determined
Suggestions for improvement:
Provide clear and transparent rules defining what counts as “self-use”
Ensure a structured appeal process with status updates
Maintain customer support communication until disputes are fully resolved
Offer concrete evidence or logs when rejecting commissions

Overall, I hope the platform improves transparency and communication in its affiliate payout system, as fair earning verification is essential for trust.

First time was used ff service to exchange fast coin from usdt to ltc, transaction completed for 2 mins, everything fast & fine.

My experience with ff.io:

I have used this a lot of times on apps like discord for transactions and i always preferred to use Solana so i always asked people to use ff.io to send their crypto to me on Solana instead of for example LTC I have recently played on a gambling site and wanted to withdraw 635 usdt on bep-20 directly onto ff.io to get Solana but i made a huge mistake since instead of on the casino clicking i want bep-20 i did Ethereum network luckely after the money was sent ff.io has said that they can still proceed on with the order

I was really afraid of losing my crypto but luckily support was bassically instant and they helped me and still proceeded on with my request

I was told my manual fix for order would be resolved within 24 hours. That deadline was 14:50 EET today. It is now past that time, and the transaction is still not processed. I have been patient, but the support team has failed to meet their own timeline and continues to provide vague updates without a TXID. Please complete this exchange immediately.

Scam company, seized my $4,500 for over 8 months now, provided all proof they asked for and now is sending me copy paste responses saying i must get 'law enforcement' to message their legal email.

I have contacted fraud departments in my country and am in the process of getting them uncovered for this, as this is a widespread issue.

Whenever I used FF, and it was often, it was fast, transparent, and inexpensive. I will continue to use it.
