My order came before it was promised

Both screens were good quality as far as the assembly goes. One of the two screens I ordered had a dead pixel. Luckily my customer was ok with a discounted price on her service.

In your web page, you never specify about OEM or not OEM screens. Actually I'm very disappointed of that because you never said that not OEM screens are evaluated in $1.
This is going to be my first and last deal with you guys.

I ordered a charging port for an iPhone 4 cdma and I received a charging port for an iPhone 5. I paid the $40 floor over night shopping on top of the price of the product. Very unsatisfied.

I ordered a 9 inch iphone charging cable and it does not work with my device. Always says it is not supported. I already threw out the bag it came in, otherwise I would have sent it back.

The screen I received from fixitrepairparts.com came pretty quickly, works great, and was the cheapest screen than anywhere else. The company was also quick to respond and help me with a problem that I had. Definitely going to order all parts going forward from here!

Shipping charges should be reduced

Your product was in good quality and was easy to install. I watched your video, and made the replacement in about 10 minutes.

I ordered 2 batteries for an iPhone 3GS from this place. In the comments section I specifically asked to ensure these were NEW 1600 mAh batteries, as stated on their website. They contacted me and confirmed that they were. I proceeded with the order. When I got them, one of them had old adhesive on the battery and new adhesive was placed over it. Both batteries looked as if they were pried out of phones. Since they do not have a contact number, I used their system to complain about it. A week went by without them contacting me. I looked on their packing slip and noticed a phone number. I called. They said they would refund the money and get in contact with their suppliers.

"Suggestion to Fixit," Look at the products before you send them out. Blame the supplier for what they send you, accept your mistakes for what you send out to customers. False Advertising on your website and confirmation calls from your staff for 1600 mAh batteries when you send out 1220mAh batteries will no bowed well for customers or your business. If your staff does not know the answer don't just agree with what the website states. Know what it is you sell. Put you phone number back on the website. You say you are too busy and took it down, or are you hiding from the customers?

Quick and easy service! Received exactly what I expected

Omg, this was the best screen protector I have ever bought I would tell everyone about this product.

I purchased this screen and paid more than some others hoping for better quality. When it arrived it was not damaged and was packaged well but it had intermittent issues with the screen being distorted. I disassembled and checked my connections then reassembled and still had issues. I called and left a message but it was not returned. Disappointed.
