The best thing about fixmysite.com has been their customer service. I worked with a handful of other site-fixing websites and their customer service was TERRIBLE - incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've actually used Fixmysite a couple of times now & each time has been a great experience! The first time I wasn't getting a visual builder on the backend & couldn't figure it out. Fixmysite helped troubleshoot the issue & fix it. And the 2nd time I needed help customizing my theme.
Each time I submitted a support ticket someone got back to me almost immediately. The price to take care of the issue was as expected & as outlined on their site (no surprises), and the individual who helped me was professional, walked me through the problem, made sure I was happy with the result, and very responsive. I really appreciated just how helpful the individual was. But what really helped me (I was in a pinch) was how quickly the service came - literally turned it around within 2 days.
I'm so happy about my experience. I'll be back I'm sure. And I would definitely recommend to others who might need support!
