I placed an order only to find out I didn't need the part. This happened five minutes after placing the order. Unfortunately (or quite conveniently for the company) there is no telephone number to contact them. I emailed them to cancel the order and it took several days before they acknowledged the first email. By that time the item had already been shipped.
The item doesn't fit the food processor I ordered it for.
I now requested a refund and this is where things get even worse: I paid £10 for the item and delivery. They will charge £7.00 for the return of the item which means assuming you take the item to one of their courier shops which might not be convenient in which case, I end up owing them money.
I strongly suggest staying as far away as possible from a company like this.

It was easy to find the part I needed and the delivery time was as stated. I saved myself 200 euros on a new microwave by fixing the one I had!

I ordered my tv stand from Fixpart online,the site was very easy to navigate,and once ordered it arrived promptly,top service from a top supplier…who needs more than that.not me…

The website clearly states in the case of a revocation, within the stipulated time, all fees are reimbursed, including postage fees. This did not happen in my case. Vidoes and photos were requested after the product, which did not fit properly in the equipment, had already been returned! Other sites reimburse all fees in the case of a revocation! Will definitely not be ordering nor recommending this site to anyone! They clearly do not do what they say!

I think all the reviews for this company here must be fake! I've had and still having issues with a ceramic hob that turned up and broken. 1 month in and lots of emails to them I'm still waiting on confirmation of either a replacement or refund. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM.

Facile à commander, livraison rapide

There was a problem with the delivery which was Not caused by Fixpart.After informing them Fixpart rectified the problem immediately and without fuss.I am really impressed by the service and would highly recommend Fixpart not only for the after service but the pricing and speed of delivery.

Great company. Didn't realise it was coming from France thought it was UK, but was sent tracking information and it was delivered quickly and well packaged. Part was perfect for tumble dryer. Would buy from again.

I ordered part 2 days ago on website tell you delivery 1 working day I pay delivery £8.8 today is Friday still no parts I don’t recommend this company no phone number only email address shocking never used this company again

They sent me the wrong part, despite their website confirming it would work with my model of dishwasher, and then tried to make me pay to return it! They did not offer to sent me the correct part.

I recommend going elsewhere if you want a quick reply and good value for money.

Very poor experience, client service and return policy. I bought what should have been an original part. They they sent a replacement I already had and knew it was of inferior quality (I already tested the previos and it lasted one or two weeks...). I insisted that they sent me the wrong part (not the original) but they wanted me to install it and prove that the part they sent is not working properly.. The refund / return is extremely difficult and expensive as they don't want to pay for its cost even if they had made an error...

Genuine part at a 1/3 of the price of the same part from Samsung … turned up in 3 days …. Easy to fit … brilliant
