My experience with Fix Runner was excellent. They were responsive, courteous and professional. Most importantly, they fixed my issue with a new website I was designing using Divi (Elegant Themes). Elegant Themes support was sub-par, and the images on the site were not displaying properly. I was skeptical about using an outside service and was not familiar with Fix Runner, but I was desperate to fix the issues. They responded fast, and they fixed the issue within a matter of hours. I'm very thankful for their help and the excellent results. Highly recommended!

I just finished using Fixrunner for the first time and cannot say enough great things about their service. I was having huge problems with an update to Word Press (wiped out my website and wouldn't let me log in). Within 20 minutes, Fixrunner re established the site and I had access again to Word Press. Our site was probably hacked. The wordpress site was in a complete mess. Ilija worked through the afternoon, evening , night and early morning to bring up the site.
