Had to have an in ground mailbox installed in a very short time frame. They sent a gentleman the very next day. He walked me through what needed to be done and was very courteous and proficient in his work. I am very pleased with the work done and the communication. Would definitely recommend.

They showed up early, were very thorough and professional. They cleaned up the after themselves after the job was done. This was my first experience with this company but I will be sending more work their way. Definitely worth the money.

We needed our over-range microwave replaced and had a great experience with FixTman. They had a lot of communication leading up to the appointment which was great, our contractor showed up when promised and finished the job in under an hour. The job was done well and payment was made easy through FixTman. Will definitely look to use them again for future appliance needs.

I have two sets of wooden blinds that I need replaced. I have already purchased them, I just don't know how to take down the old ones and put the new ones up. I had a friend suggest the Thumbtack app to find a handyman and that is where I found Fixtman LLC Colorado. On the app, you have to select from menus to get you to the right type of contractors. In addition to the drop downs, I included that it was for 2 windows (1 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom). I received a response promptly but it appeared they did not actually look at what type of blinds I was asking to have installed. They sent me pictures of windows with cloth window coverings and stated they install these all the time. Their language was unprofessional and they were pushy. It was a Sunday evening ... in the request i stated there was no rush, but I felt like they were really pushing me to confirm that moment. I was busy doing other things and this was not a priority. I finally told them that they seemed incompetent (because they obviously did not actually read the entire request nor acknowledge that I wanted wood blinds installed and not cloth ones which are very different installation processes). They would not let me declining their services go and continued to harass me. I left a negative review on thumbtack and asked them to stop contacting me. This morning I received another harassing message because I left a negative review. They need to teach their people to be more professional and not pushy. AND READ THE REQUEST SO WHEN YOU RESPOND YOU SOUND LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Henry was amazing. He was quick to get here and clearly knew what he was doing. He even offered to clean up after he was done. Would definitely recommend Henry to anyone needing handy work!!

Mr. Sadeghi from FixTman did a great job mounting my full-motion TV. He was professional, explained the whole process, gave me confidence that the installation would be safe and secure, and he finished the job quickly. Very happy with the service!

This company is either lying to customers or a completely fraud and sham company. I’m still unsure which is true. I requested a same day TV mounting installation for a home in Virginia Beach. The company sent multiple emails requiring at 20% deposit in the first email after booking my service. No further information about my requested service was provided until an hour into my service window. The only information that was applicable information I received was that my technician was on the way to my house at 1 hour 35 minutes into my appointment time. No big deal. 10 minutes later I was informed via text message that the driver had and “emergency” and was unable to make it to the appointment time. Being a rational and empathetic person I assumed the worse and that the technician had a family emergency or was involved in a serious car accident. However, the FixTman company contacted me via text message 10 minutes later saying the technician was unable to find the right brackets to mount my TV so he wasn’t able to come. Absolutely conflicting information at the best. The company called me trying to justify and asking me for a window tomorrow in which I wasn’t able to fulfill because I am out of town. After many phone calls I was able to cancel the appointment. Thank god I didn’t input my credit info and pay ahead of time as they heavily implied I was to do. I would give 0/5 stars if able. Avoid at all costs. It would be more convient for you to destroy your own dry wall putting the TV up your self than to deal with this incompetence.
