Great First Experience
They arrived on time. The fees were competitive and they were very thorough with mounting my television and cleaning up. You could tell he had plenty of experience doing this and wasted very little time. He was extremely friendly as well.

Fixtman is an awesome company that you can trust
This fine company sent one of their representatives out to to hang a new large flat screen TV. It was very easy to make an appointment and they showed up right away within a day or two. The technician arrived was very friendly and very obviously experienced. He did a wonderful job. I hope Fixtman Will extend congratulations to their technician for a job well done. I wouldn't hesitate to use this fine company again and I fully recommend anyone that needs assistance to absolutely contact them. If there was more than five stars I would give it.

Hired them to build a Springfree Jumbo…
Hired them to build a Springfree Jumbo Oval trampoline. This is admittedly difficult. Without going into a huge amount of detail, they ignored the directions and skipped attaching the net to the springs first, and then rather than redo their work, they attached it with a rope, which resulted in a slanted and poorly secured net. I had a fixed time this needed to be ready by, and they offered to have the same tech come back out and fix it, which I did not want. I'm unsure if the tech would have been available in time.
I did not want to pay due to having to basically undo and redo the hardest part of the build and they threatened me with collections.
I do not recommend this company.

The tech improperly assembled my Marcy…
The tech improperly assembled my Marcy home on a Friday June 27th. I did not realize it until I tried to use it. Spoke with FixTman the same day. Was scheduled for another tech on Saturday June 28th who was a no-show. Have had 20 conversations with customer service and they promised a tech for Monday. Spoke with the again and you get a total run-around. On top of the above upon closer inspection the tech damaged the gym. Do NOT USE THEM.
