The product information was clear & the ordering process was simple, payment was easy & payment options were available.

I disliked all the add ons! Although I did buy one!! I was also unhappy to find, after I paid on PayPal that the charges were in US$$$. This added nearly 40% to what I thought I was paying!!!

Easy process to order

It was great until checkout when you get hit with a bunch of "special offers" to get you to spend more money.

Easy to order initial batch. A nuisance trying to get out of AP without ordering more.

Anything that will work and keep my family and me safe and as clean as possible, is a huge plus. Understanding the product and clogged pipes make the product a great asset. Also, the ease in ordering is terrific. Thank you.

I am interested in FizzClean. The Dutch website states free shipping. So I wanted to place a test order on the website first to see if it is easy to do. I also wanted to know if it would indeed be without shipping costs. Therefore, I filled out the online order form pro forma for 4 FizzClean. It is common for online stores to have a button to confirm the order after the total price and shipping costs are visible. So I thought I would be able to cancel the order before pressing the final purchase button. However, that is not the case with this store. First, various products appear, and the first one was about toilet powder, and I thought that is the same FizzClean I would like to have, but now only for 2 products. That would be fine too. So I did not answer no to this. There are a large number of extra offers that you may or may not have to click on. But when I was done with this, the purchase was suddenly already made, so without being able to review the total purchase and without a final button to make the purchase definitive. Moreover, in addition to the 4 FizzClean, the order also lists 2 toilet powders, which is not what I intended to buy. There are also shipping costs of €7.95 listed, whereas this is supposed to be free.

Therefore, I want to cancel this order (Order #2E8839ACE7) , as this is not what I want to order. Your terms and conditions state that you can cancel the order within 12 hours, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. I sent an online message within 5 minutes to cancel the purchase. In response, I am told that cancellation is not possible because the order has already been put into transport. It seems impossible to me to put these items into transport within 5 minutes after placing the order. They say that I can return the items within 30 days, but I have to pay the return shipping costs myself. For international shipping, this could cost a lot. Why all this effort and expense to return the order, which is also not good for the environment, when cancelling immediately is very simple and without much extra cost and is not harmful to the environment. Therefore, this constitutes deception during the ordering process with the aim of swindling money from customers:

1. The order is finalized very quickly without the customer having any chance to reconsider.

2. You are enticed to buy extra products without realizing it.

3. Shipping costs were supposed to be free, but were ultimately charged.

4. Cancellation is made impossible, even though cancellation must be within the 12-hour timeframe set by the company.

5. The 30-day money-back guarantee is a sham, because the customer has to pay the return costs themselves, and international shipping would not be cheap.

It would be very fair of the company to still make this cancellation possible and reimburse my credit card.

If not, I would advise everyone against doing business with this company.

Sounds like a good product if it does what it says. Will reserve comment until I try it.

I can’t afford the additional offering. You should offers these savings in the beginning. I spent what I could afford. When you buy more, you save more. I understand that you want me to spend more money.”

I won't know if the product is effective until I get it and try it.

It was easy to buy what I needed. But I dislike being asked if I want a load of other stuff after I've paid for what I wanted

How easy it was to order once I got it right

As with other reviews, I was under the impression I was spending about £30. I was charged £74. During the Checkout process you are not given a chance to review what you are buying they just take the money. I tried to cancel within five minutes but was told the order was already dispatched. I have still not received a satisfactory answer to the question what is the warranty they have charged me for? They asked me to give it a chance. I have. I was under the impression from the ad I saw that it helped with unblocking a toilet as it said save money on plumbers. when I received the parcel it just says a toilet cleaner. It was supposed to Fizz and clean the entire toilet bowl and beyond the water line. It did nothing, just sat on the water. I also found the powder quite toxic as I put it in. I've emailed them to say it is not fit for purpose or as described and I want my money back. NEVER again buying like this without checking Trust pilot reviews.

Interesting that you have replied you cannot match the order. We are currently in correspondence regarding this. I am waiting for you to reply to me. Please see my last email which was sent yesterday. I've requested my money back under there Consumers Rights Act 2015. The product not being fit for purpose or as described.
