Bought 2 face creams and got two completely different ones. When asked about it through e mail they blatantly lied and said the manufacturer changed and website has not updated yet. Few days later i check their scam website again and look my original product still there plus the one they sent me with the new xmas code!!! Never order from flaconi again.

Great prices and fast delivery – but DPD is the weak link
The prices on the website are excellent, and the delivery was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the courier service (DPD) was, as always, a huge disappointment – but that’s not Flaconi’s fault. Everything on Flaconi’s side was perfect.

Is Flaconi fake?
I have bought perfumes from Flaconi two times now, Dloce & Gabbana Devotion, and Burberry Her Elixir, and both of them give the impression that are fake.
Bottle leaking, and the top became orange, also the smell, it doesn't last and it smells mostly like alcohol.

The shipping time is good but the products are fake, they literally don't smell, they evaporate in 1 or 2 minutes, you literally spray water and if I had water I would drink it, it would work, it is never and never recommended, I didn't want to bother sending it back, if I had time I would send it back, it is a very bad product

Never got the products!!!! Never delivered! DPD said it was delivered to a person with a certain name and the gps delivery location they provided did not match the provided address!!!! The customer service at Flaconi constantly delays the process by giving me a certain document to sign back and forth and filling the same claim over and over again, because each time sth is “missing”!!!! A clear attitude for delays and unwillingness to refund!!! DPD sucks as delivery firm, but flaconi customer service isn’t better either!
And it is a shame that for products that cost totally around 30€, to go through such unprofessional careless delivery and customer service for which they weren’t able to deliver!
