Be cautious before ordering from this company.
I ordered 20 carbonless docket books based on the images and descriptions on their website, which showed croc-style hard covers. What I received were flimsy paper-covered books—nothing like the hard cover croc what was advertised. I spent $830 and was extremely disappointed in both the quality of the product and the customer service. When complaining they were very dismissive and didn't offer any resolution.

Please think twice before parting with your hard-earned money. In my opinion, this company misrepresents their products and offers terrible value for money.

In my experience, what I received from this company didn’t match what was advertised, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I needed some stickers printed and sent interstate to be delivered within two days. I thought it was an impossible task, but Flagbanner completed the job in time with good quality stickers! Very impressed.

I've never used such a worst sticker. All stickers were peeled out before 4 months. They guaranteed more than 3 years. I asked for my money back. They never gave a refund, they just made excuses. Their behavior was not professional. I really want to sue their company.

Terrible quality and hideous customer service.
We ordered two double sided 3.5m flags which cost almost $500. Within the first few weeks they began to fade and crack. One month in, the poles ripped holes in the fabric. Now, just a few months after purchasing them, we have to throw these damaged flags out.
The website states that they are suitable for use in all weather conditions, and despite ours being used in a sheltered, semi-shaded area, their Sales Manager (LJ) has told us the damage is to be expected. He has refused to refund us, instead he’s placed all the blame on the weather. He keeps sending through wind reports for a town quite some distance from us, telling us that the damage is to be expected.
Unfortunately the company has refused to accept responsibility for their poor quality products and their false advertising, and so we have been left with no option but to file formal reports against them.
