Paid for a flag pole and was told every day in a text it was going to delivered, and even received a telephone call to say the driver was outside, but he was not, but over 250 miles away. Would not give any stars, but trust pilot is rigged in favor of the supplier.

Giving one star because you cant give zero, terrible company, completed a survey that we paid for, no response since. No report and no refund as requested, trying for over a year....and obviously no reply to any communication. Stay well clear.
Poor dealings with this company from start to finish. Had to make 6 phone calls and to nudge them every part of the process. Their communications is sadly lacking and some customer service training would be advisable.

Be sure to get the right company. I didn't buy a pole off them but rather got one second hand from a guy who thought this company were good. However I wanted to buy a small plastic door about 6 inches long with a key in it. Price was an eye watering £59.94. The thing is a small bit of moulded plastic. On the invoice £39 plus VAT, shipping...bear in mind a jiffy bag would be fine......was £10.95 plus VAT.
So, given this sort of pricing I suggest you do your research on the market. The pole itself is 5+ years old, it's lost its shine, has some growth on it and the fittings are corroded. It's a good design though and can be hinged down to clean it and change the fitting, rope etc. so from that aspect it looks a good product, well designed. Just bear in mind these sort of prices for after sales service. I've yet to put it up but will report back if there are any issues good or bad. Where's my duct tape?
