I loved my experience with Flags Connections. The quality of the flag case and folded flag was very impressive. The products came in a timely manner and the recipient of this meaningful gift was super touched. Thank you for helping me chose the right product to give to my veteran relative. I give Flags Connections 5 stars!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a flag case. The communication here is none what so ever. Waited 3 months of time for this case for my Veteran Father for nothing but wasted time. Now that I asked for a refund we shall see how long that will take, hopefully quicker than they say they make flag cases. If not, I will be reaching out everyday and leaving reviews until it happens. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a flag box for my uncle who passed recently. Box came but the engraved plaque I ordered never showed up. Ive reached out several times with no response. Its insane the are out here stealing peoples money with no remorse for a veteran family members. will never order from these clowns again.

Ordered in January, received shipping information in January for an order that was never going to be fulfilled. Reached out to company multiple times to get a confirmed date but was always told "they'd make sure it got out the following week." Requested refund from company if item wasn't going to be delivered within days, no response. Reached out to my credit card company.

Update: Following up about 3 weeks later into the credit card company request, the order was received.

The company needs to be upfront with lead/shipping times which would have resolved the issues and concerns from the start. It was very misleading to continue to state "the following week" over various communications

If I had written this review on receipt of the flag display case it would have been 5 stars. However it has been a month and the shadow box portion has yet to be delivered. Many emails exchanged and the box was promised. Each week we exchange emails and they promise to send the missing piece. This is not a company I would ever do business either again and cannot recommend them at all. The products received are fine. The issue is not delivering a complete order and not correcting the situation nor being honest about whatever issue they are really having. Do they not have the part? Was it lost in shipping? Are they deliberately behaving in a fraudulent manner? Who can say. But I will be following up with my credit card company now.

We ordered a flag box for my father, who was 97 and a WWII veteran, who passed away in September, 2024. The $350+ order went through on 2/20/25 and we are still waiting for any information on its delivery. Flags Connections responded a couple of times early on indicating it was "drying" and it would be shipped in the next "week or so". Today, 4/21/25, we have not heard from Flag Connections after sending them emails over the past few weeks. I sent them an email last week saying I would submit a negative review if I did not hear from them. No response to date. We have just disputed this charge on our credit card. I would not do any business with Flag Connections.

Unfortunately, your reply seems to be a one size fits all type of response. Strange the flag box just happens to be finished on the same day we wrote the review. We will let you know if the flag box is delivered since you said it has been "completed and shipped".

I am very happy with their service. I bought a flag display case from here with a much cheaper price compared to other stores. Very good quality items and beautiful finishes. Delivered the product on exact date and safely. Looking very nice and proud to display in my room. Best store I have ever bought was a flag display case.

this company sucks they don't send replacement glass and just try to rip you off. don't buy anything from these jerk offs. Not asking for anything free, they want me to buy a new case, they will not just sell the glass. I tried to buy the glass two years ago but got the run around and gave up. now they tell me to go away. These are not good people and they lie. they can go to hell.

I purchased a flag case for a ceremonial flag from my grandfather's memorial service. I searched hours online for a flag case that was made in the USA by veterans . Flags Connections provide great service, fast shipping, and create beautiful pieces. The flag looks simply amazing on my mantel. Thank you, my grandfather would have loved to see it.

This company hasn't communicated what their delays are in the processing of my order. They have my order and upon calling them, all I get is an answering machine and when I leave feedback, I don't get a return call. I have left messages via email with no feedback there either. This is not how a business is supposed to be run. I am trusting this company with making a shadow box for my recently deceased father as a gift to my mother which is the most important thing that matters to me. I will file a police report and will press charges if I don't receive what I ordered. They shipped to me the name plate, brass emblem and flags but no box. Flag Connections if you actually care about your customers you will follow through on your end. If everything comes through and with no errors then I will switch my review to higher marks.

I received my display case in a very timely manner and found the product exceptional in quality. It's a beautiful case and the various attachments which I purchased are equally as beautiful which befits someone that has served in the United States Military....or any military.

I received excellent service from the Flag Connections Company, in particular David. He assisted me throughout the entire process and displayed excellent service and manners which is not often found together. I received my display case in a very timely manner and found the product exceptional in quality. It's a beautiful case and the various attachments which I purchased are equally as beautiful which befits someone that has served in the United States Military....or any military. I am anxious to purchase two more but will have to wait until my budget allows me to do so. I also hope that I will be able to once again be assisted by David when making the purchase. I have ordered a burial flag case a few days ago from flags connections.

I was able to get the case within 3 days - and it looks exactly like the photos that I have seen online.
