I placed and order for two hoodies total cost of 170 canadian dolar on oct 31st and january came and never got anything, they send a delivery confirmation but I did not get the product neither my money back, they refused to give me my money back because they said product was delivered, I asked them to send me proof of delivery several times as I never got anything and they just kept on saying it was delivered but never sent proof, I start to let people know on their facebook post they are robbing people and they blocked me instead of reaching out to see why I was doing it do not buy from them they are scam company! They will rob your money !

It was easy to order the Tshirts on line. The quality is good. The information given about how long it takes to receive the unique product was accurate, about 3 weeks. No surprises with the delivery nor the payment. We were very happy with the Tshirts as they are personalized based on the countries we selected. There is a nice range of styles to choose from as well.

I ordered twice from Flagvibe, both garments I received were as described. I love my hoodie and the T shirt I ordered as a gift was received with a squeak of delight - from a late ten boy, so that’s something… 🙂

Very pleased with the hoodie I bought for a friend...it did take a little while to arrive but flag vibe chased it up for me and kept me informed as to it's whereabouts until my friend received it.... his words when he opened the package were " Wow... thats Class".... will definitely order from them again

What an amazing find! I gave one of these to my son who was born in Antigua, West Indies and raised here in Canada. I also gave one to my daughter in law who is from The Philippines and now resides here in Canada. They both said it is their favourite gift 🎁 The quality of fabric and the flag details are excellent 👌 Highly recommended as a gift or just to order for yourself!

After I chose the design for the 3 hoodies the order was was quickly confirmed I was regularly updated on the completion of the order and delivery schedule.
The recipients are very happy their gifts, the design and the quality.

When I first saw the advert from FlagVibe on social media, I had mixed feelings about ordering from them. However, I liked too much the idea of having a hoodie that weould be a tribute to both ny native and my adoptive country amd decided to go with the flow.
The delivery period was adequate, taking into consideration that the hoodie is being produced after the order is placed, therefore there are several stages from placing the order to having the item delivered. I don't recall exactly how long it was until I received the order, probably 10 - 12 days in total. I am very happy with my purchase and based on my experience, I totally recommend FlagVibe.
If there is a downside to it, this would be the shipping company and the tracking system offered by said shipping company. I don't know if this problem is related to Germany only. Probably, this is something that can be improved.

Customer service through Flag Vibe is absolutely terrible!
I accidentally place an order, once I realized I did this I sent an email to cancel the order I called customer service & was told I was too late to cancel because they already started production on the hoodie. Btw, this was about 15 mins after the order was placed & they had already taken payment. I don’t recommend Flag Vibe!

My wife asked for one of the flag hoodies. When I ordered it I put the two in the wrong order. Thought I was done but I sent an email asking to swap them and they did. My wife loves it. Just saying great customer service and product.

Received my hoodie yesterday in the UK and Flagvibe did an amazing job😍
Absolutely loved it. It’s worth the wait and money to get such a lovely product.
