Very responsive team! I had issues with delivery but the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

I unintentionally ordered the wrong size for my granddaughter, but realized my mistake immediately, sent an email to customer service, and the good people at Flagvibe fixed it. The product itself is of very good quality. All in all, a good experience!

I ordered a hoodie for my best friend. I discovered "Flage Vibe" on Instagram and ordered it for him as a Christmas present. The quality of the hoodie and the print on the back are truly amazing.

Excellent online experience, website easy to use to customise order, great updates on tracking as it was the christmas season and teashirts were gifts.I had a query when teashirts arrived which was addressed promptly by Roselyn. Very happy with the quality of the teashirts and they are true to size.

Have not received item and the delivery date given has passed. I will. now not have the item for Christmas and it was a present for someone. Do not trust their delivery time frames.

The person that I ordered this for as a Christmas gift is 6ft 2 man and based off the site's guidance if you prefer a fitted look order true to size so I figured if I ordered large and this is a unisex sweatshirt a large would be fine. The sweatshirt arrived and the hardware by the drawstring was already off along with the sizing mentioned on the website is incorrect. I am 5ft 2 and the sleeves of the sweatshirt fit me perfectly. I emailed about the broken hardware (I sent a picture) and did mention the size issue. They offered to send me a replacement which I accepted. It arrived and this time around the hardware is missing completely and the drawstring for the hood is a different shade than the sweatshirt. I emailed once again with pictures asking to have the incorrect hoodies picked up and either replace with what is pictured or refund my money. It took many emails from me to get a response and they have told me that they cannot refund my money or send a replacement. This has been going on since the middle of October. Very disappointed and will never order from this site ever again. All this effort at the middle of October for a personalized Christmas gift to have nothing to give at the beginning of December - Thanks a lot
