I have never received the bras I ordered on 5th February 2025. On the tracking showing shipped from America and had been stuck in Belfast since 3rd March!!! No way of contacting this company as email address given just bounced back. Complete rip off of a company will never order again from Facebook.

Absolute rip off. Avoid this at all costs. Ordered wild flower seeds. When it arrived from China was the smallest packet of seed ever seen. Looks like dried dust. I’ll be amazed if anything grows. Please do not order anything from this company it’s a complete con.

Absolute rubbish, expected a big box of wild flower seeds but instead received a pathetic tiny matchbox size bag of hod knows what.

Avoid. They are not uk based. They claim to be in the USA. But items are shipped from china and take weeks to arrive. They refuse to refund or cancel orders, even after you’ve just done the order. They claim it’s already been shipped and it’s too late. When you can clearly see on the status it wasn’t shipped yet. I am now trying to get a refund via PayPal. Still no item received after 2 weeks.

An absolute rip off. Avoid them like the plague. Goods received bear no resemblance to the product advertised.

Ordered Colour Changing Mature Skin Foundation (EELHOE) that allegedly goes on white then matches your skin tone, they have 100’s of women testifying it works …. Load of rubbish did not match my skin tone it stayed white!! and gave me a rash! They ignored my emails for refund DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they use false advertising saying money back guarantee and don’t !!!!

3 lace bras when arrived were much too small. I knew I had ordered correct size as I had been professionally measured. Flair frost would not exchange for a larger size and would only refund me £4, bras cost me £24. I will never order from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered several Electromagnetic Ice and Snow melters from Flair Frost before Christmas without doing my usual due diligence. I checked the claims of these devices out immediately after placing my order and emailed them to cancel the order (in total about £39 spent) once I had found out they were totally ineffective. I was told it was too late to cancel and to trust in their products but if I wasn't satisfied to contact them and they would assist. Weird that it was too late to cancel seeing as it took nearly 3 weeks for them to actually arrive.

Well once they arrived I waited for some cold weather and as I expected they did absolutely nothing. I emailed their customer support asking to return them for a refund and was asked to supply a video of the devices not working! I explained that I couldn't do this as it would just be a video of nothing happening and was then offered a refund of £7 and to keep the items. I explained that I wanted to return the items for a full refund which they refused and then offered £10. They said it would cost too much to ship them back to China.

I did some digging around their website which does not mention China at all and also states they comply with UK law. I pointed out that if they are complying with UK law they should:
1) Clearly state that returns are made to China on their website - They do not
2) Have an address clearly shown on their website - They do not
3) Not charge for returns
4) Offer a full refund

I provided extracts from UK consumer law and the line from their site that claims they comply with UK law. I don't think this information was really taken in as they then offered £17 which I have also refused. At each offer they have made I have lowered the refund amount I am requesting from a full refund of just over £39 to £26.97 (the cost of 3 devices), then £25. I am currently asking for what I believe is a reasonable £20 and they now are ignoring my emails.

Paypal have also given me a link to report Flair Frost via Paypal's Acceptable Use Policy. Given the fact that they are breaking quite a few of Paypal's rules as a vendor this could quite easily result in Flair Frost losing Paypal as a payment method. Personally I would like to see them shut down.

All in all a TERRIBLE COMPANY and I advise everyone to STEER WELL CLEAR TO AVOID BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT.

Absolute rubbish, avoid this company. I ordered a bra got 3. Not fit for purpose. Offered a £2 refund refused it it's now gone up to £4 or return yo China at my own expense and will be very expensive. AVOID at all costs. Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

I ordered under eye concelor it took weeks to come product was so small and I keep getting emails saying my product is on way and have went into check my junk emails and it’s saying my subscription is complete

If I could score nil I would ordered 3 supposed to be 6xl!!!! sent two and 1 4xl very small to size don’t fit no where near stated sizes,contacted customer service offered £2 refund against £23.99 oh and could keep goods 😂😂after 6 more emails offered £6 final offer or send back to China at my cost 😡

I was overcharged so tried to cancel immediately, PayPal got the overcharge amount back but didn’t uphold the cancellation. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam company, something should be done about them!
They say they are UK based. They are not, they are in China. When i realised i tried to stop the order with them and with paypal. They said it was too late and as they had provided tracking information i could do nothing but wait, and wait and wait. It arrived far too late for the gift it was intended. I tried to return and they blocked me from contacting them. Paypal did nothing to help me. Now i am stuck with a stupid item they charged extra for import tax, which they should never have done as nothing stated they were sellers from outside of the UK.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, DO NOT OTDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered the mythical dragons, Over charged to begin with, did refund difference when raised a claim through paypal. Took weeks to arrive and very disapointing! A cheap plastic version of the more expensive ones you see in the shops.Also half the size! You think you are getting a good deal, but really not worth the price!

This company is dodgy. I got my goods but had 2 tracking numbers. One from America and one from china. I still have emails saying my parcel is out for delivery.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Order took four weeks to be shipped (from China) by which time we were on holiday for three weeks. Royal Mail tried to deliver twice and then sent to a returns depot in Darlington. This depot is uncontactable directly. After many exchanges with the vendor explaining what had happened, asking for them to reship from the returns depot OR send order again nothing happened. My last complain email has been ignored. MY ADVISE IS DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered from this company before Christmas and they sent me a confirmation that the parcel had been delivered. I never received it and after checking with Royal Mail, they confirmed they never had a parcel for me, let alone being delivered to me.
The company will not issue me a refund!!
They expect Royal Mail to compensate me!
They are scammers!! BEWARE!!

I ordered some coir compost.(Buy 3 get 1 free) I expected for over £20 decent sized bricks which expand after water is added. What arrived was 3 drinks coasters made of presumably coir.
I received a tracking number but nothing ever arrived. Fuming.
