Lousy customer service
This company has no idea of what customer service is. I have had dealings with them several times now and there is no sense of customer service. You can write back and forth with them for days without getting anywhere. They never leave their names so you get the impression that you are being shuffled around between 20 different people the entire time. The most recent dealing with them has me boiling. I bought a boost package so my daughter could get a shiny magikarp on her pokemon go account. It was supposed to take 3 days to complete the order. After an entire month I asked them to cancel the transaction and return the account so my daughter could use it again. They returned the account but it was completely banned by niantic and can never be accessed again. I told them I wanted them to supply a new account and I was told that they were not at fault. If the account was banned then it was my risk and not theirs. I would advise anyone who is considering to buy a package or pokemon account from Flameaccounts.com to stay away. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will only end up regretting it as I do now. Find a different company to boost your accounts! I will never be a customer with flameaccounts again.
