Giving this company a 1 star is too much. I ordered what appeared a beautiful burberry inspired dress for £47 for my daughter to wear Christmas day. I ordered the second week of December and did not receive the dress until second week of January. The dress came in the wrong size and was very very poor quality and nothing like the image on the website. I sent back the very next day recorded delivery paying £5 and emailed them to make them aware. I have since emailed 4 times and still not received an email or refund. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely terrible!
Items took 6 weeks to come, company lied to say they had been sent on two occasions. My emails also went unanswered for weeks. When arrived, items very poor quality for the high price paid and faulty with button missing. Pointless to email about replacements as I don’t endeavour to receive them! Avoid!!

This company are taking money from our kids. £50 on a romper and a tiny hat and I’ve had nothing it’s been three weeks.
I’ve emailed and messaged them.
I understand the fault is with Hermes but this company refuse to accept any responsibility.
There are other ladies too. I have been blocked from the page on Facebook and blocked from messaging them.
I’m a disabled grandmother on a budget and my grandson was born with kidney damage. He’s had two operations and he is only 6 weeks old. I don’t know how they sleep at night should be ashamed of themselves.

Placed an order on the 17th December as the website stated all orders placed before 21st December would arrive before Christmas. This wasn’t the case it is now 12th January and i still haven’t received my item, I’ve sent numerous emails that have all been ignored and also reached out on Facebook and got no response at all! Don’t risk placing an order with this company

Spent around £100 on my order and paid £6 next day delivery. This was the 9th December 2020. It is now the 18th and I have emailed on two occasions with no reply. There was no telephone contact number so I reached out on Instagram but to no prevail. I will give them until Monday then I will be attempting to claim back my money.
