so so slow waiter

Visited this location in sunrise and they where decent, the waiter could have done a better job taking care of our table. The food was good but beer was warm. Hope this can be changed since we go almost every wednesdays

New bed

Me and my partner bought a bed from Flanigan Kerin’s through Alex, the most helpful informative and honest sales man.
Alex walked is through the structure of each bed , the science behind the mattress and it was truely educational.
If you are looking for a new bed for your new home or an upgrade you need to speak to Alex.
Couldn’t have asked for better service and advice.
Thank you Alex, we are thrilled with our purchase!

Absolutly worst experience with a…

Absolutly worst experience with a company ever. Ordere goods in September and still not delivered. Asked several times for an update and they always told goods will arrive the next two weeks. Lastly asked for a full refund but also this was not meet!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone as it’s a shame as they have nice goods.

I also am having trouble with this company they have taken my money. Ive had a sh#t year and this has just added to the fire. Like they dont like to give answers. Were do you go this is so frustrating. Bet if i owed them money they wouldn't be long in sending people for it. Maybe its a front for something els this company really needs looking into

Damaged bed and poor customer service

Got a bed after a week I have ordered online. Unfortunately the bed is damaged. I rang and sent emails but I haven't yet understood where i stand with this . They told me on the phone they'll need to send the pictures to their supplier and they'll collect the bed when they are in the area. I have never heard anything like this before. Extremely poor customer service. I asked for a refund as I need a bed urgently. I dismantled my old bed and ill need to sleep on the floor as result. No answer to my many emails. I will demand a refund and make sure I will get it. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT ORDER- MONEY ROBBERS

Do not order from this company.
I ordered 7 weeks ago and still have not recieved my order. They do not answer calls or emails. They have took my money and I have not recieved any update from them. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY- STAY AWAY!!!!!

These people don't answer the phone

These people don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails. The most shocking customer service experience I've ever had in my life.

Full order hasn't been received. Order placed July 27th and despite requests to cancel they have since gone silent. I've reported them for fraud to the bank as the last means to retrieve my money.

stay clear of this bunch of cowboys!

Update: Communication eventually came through and refund received. Between the order date and request to cancel, refund received, 2 months had lapsed. If zero stars could be rated- you know. When it comes to actually saying what you think: I wouldn't employ this bunch to clean the floors of third world brothels. They are brutal!

AVOID

Had a feeling something was up when I never received an estimate delivery on a table I ordered 3 weeks ago. Have emailed about delivery date with no response but now I see the poor reviews I’m guessing I have to starting calling and bugging them about it! No wonder Amazon is thriving with such poor competitors.

I Ordered a bed and mattress for my son…

I Ordered a bed and mattress for my son on 3rd June and received it on the 13th july. I Contacted the company on a few occasions looking for updates. They were prompt in response however it arrived almost 6 weeks after order date and the bed was flat pack. In no way shape or form did the description say it was flat pack. If I knew that was the case I would have ordered from ikea and got it the same day. Will not be ordering from them again.

Steer Clear... Go Elsewhere!!

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I purchased from Flanagans online. They sold me a damaged piece of furniture and it took over 2 months to get a replacement - and when this was delivered it was also damaged. The customer service from day one was really poor, I was constantly phoning and emailing for updates. I like supporting Irish businesses but I can categorically say I will never order from these again, it simply is not worth the hassle.

Do not buy anything from this company!
Bought a corner coat rack with underneath bench. I never got any communication from them whatsoever about an expected delivery date. Weeks passed and not one email about my order. I have rang now at least ten times, I’ve sent 3 emails, I’ve requested a refund. Refund has not come through to my account. Every time I rang I spoke to Karen Quinn, every time I asked to speak to the manager she told me that wasn’t possible. This company is an absolute joke. Surely they can’t even be a legitimate company based on all this negative feedback on the review thread. Still waiting for my return of hundreds of euro. Update 24/05/23 : refund received

I would advise people not to buy from…

I would advise people not to buy from this company. I ordered a bedside locker and paid for it online. It did not say in the description that it was flat packed. I tried 11 times to contact the company by chat, phone, email and nobody replied. When I eventually got an email response, I cancelled the order and waited for the promised refund. No refund has been received to date. I have serious concerns about this company but intend to pursue them until they refund my money. Nobody answers phones or emails. Just try ringing them and see for yourself - but they take your money instantly!
There is something seriously “off” going on here. I will update this review if and when my money is refunded.

Update: My money was refunded but I still do not recommend this company as customer service is so poor. You cannot ignore your customers emails, calls etc. it’s not okay.
