If I could leave a minus I would.
This company is an absolute scam.
Ordered some shirts which were that short in the body it was a joke! Nothing whatsoever like the pictures on their website.
Emailed Flaro LONDON asking for a return address only to be told that’s in China.
I paid over £30 to return them to China only for them to be returned back to me 6 months later because they’d been refused.
Please don’t waste your money on these absolute crooks

This company is a scam, emailed numerous times to a ‘edward’ never sends a replacement or refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!...
I bought 2 pairs of shoes amounting to £80...
They were AWFUL!!!... Nothing like the pictures...
I decided to call their bluff and return them as directed to China...
Now that the shoes have arrived there, there is complete email silence and no delivery of emails and the shop "doesn't exist" any more...
I had checked that they weren't from China as had been scammed before...
Their website had their address as London...
But they are in fact from China and were to he returned there...
COMPLETE CRIMINALS!!!...

Do not use! Scam website! Awful quality, refused to give me a free return even though quality was not as described. Have returned the item with tracking and now they have gone totally silent. Email is bouncing back too. 😪

This company is a total scam. I have been waiting for a refund since July and they absolutely refuse to do anything, knowing that I will give up in the end. The Chinese website is impossible to navigate. Do not use these people.
I am not able to give it no stars but they certainly don’t deserve even one.

If I could I would give it ZERO stars. This is a scam site, I wish I read these reviews before I purchased from them. Like many others have said, the clothes quality are a joke, poor standard doesn't describe it. I bought a pair of jeans, which had poor stitching and tailoring. Then when I tried to get a refund, they only offered a partial refund despite me having to send the item back to China! They misrepresent their so-called company and it's location. No where on their website does it say they are based in China. They recently had London written as part of their logo but once I stated to take action against them, they have removed the 'London' name from their logo. Please report them to your bank and also the EU TSI. They are registered in the Netherlands on their site, so if more people complain, they will get them shut down. A disgusting fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM FLARO.

Scam site. Shoes not as described. Have returned to blinking China and surprise surprise they were refused on delivery so now they are coming back to me. I’m LIVID.

One star is even a stretch. Sent 35 emails back and forth. Item came and it was £90 and in a summer sale down to £45.
It came and was see through, cheap, tacky material. I emailed about this and they said they could only refund me if there was a manufacturing error. I expressed there was loose fabric and excessive fraying (which on their website says would be a reason for them to pay for the shipping cost back to them). They are refusing and keep telling me to return the item to them, the address is China, which is costing me over £20!! Complete scam as they have you believe that they are a high fashion company from London, scammers and it are complete fraudsters.

Poor quality shoes with different colour from the the website arrived after 16 days, too small as I followed their seizing suggestions, multiple e-mails when requesting return, with the last offering me 20% money back or a return address in China. No response anymore when asking for full refund due to false marketing (well, no surprise). I got lured into false confidence due to the "Flaro- London" name. I should have checked Trustpilot first...clearly sharing the experience with others.

Avoid at all costs. The products are cheap and nasty and extremely overpriced for what you get. Despite being called, Flaro London, nothing about this company is based in London. The products are inferior and come from China, not that the website states that anywhere. Returns are to China - again a surprise bit of info. I bought some shoes that were £36 and when they came they are awful - I wouldn’t have paid £6 for them. It would cost me £26 to return them. Customer service are useless. They offer a 20% return max but I’d still be hugely out of pocket. I wish I’d read the reviews on here first.

Please don't buy from this company. This is yet another scam. I feel ridiculous for falling for it really. The product you receive will be terrible and the company, despite website appearances, are based in China, which is where you'll have to send returns. Plus they clone your card to add insult to injury.

Wouldn’t even give one star. This is a scam website. Quality is awful nothing like the picture. No refund all have to be sent back to china. It’s misleading as it’s branded to be a high fashion London based company with affordable prices. AVOID.

The items came late. This is not a UK company though you may think it is from their e mail address . Polite exchange when requesting a refund but no address with which to do so. An offer of a 10% discount to accept the items but as they are too small this is pointless. The communication has now fizzled out so raising an objection through my credit card company. I fear I have wasted money which I resent. Take my advice and avoid. I should have researched better.

Awful. Shoes are flimsy, unfit for purpose. As other reviews say they take ages to respond, offer 10%discount, postage is back to China and they don’t provide any addresses. Avoid

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. The product is absolutely nothing like what is advertised. I purchased some ‘high quality leather’ pumps but they are plastic, not leather. When attempting to return, you need to return to China despite this being ‘Flaro London’, which costs more than the actual product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - IT IS A SCAM

Stay away from this site. Goods sold not as described. Nothing like on pictures just some cheap plastic imitation from China. I ordered sandals and arrive complete plastic nothing compare to pictures. Return policy is a joke, you need to ship your product back to China on your cost. So unless you are in China it is going to cost more than the product. They offer 10-20% refund another joke

To not buy from this site ! It’s fake ! The customer service is awful , I am waiting for a reply days . I ordered a dress and I wanted to return , they gave 10% off discount which is awful and I didn’t receive the money back

One of the most incompetent ustomer service ever.I. bought a linen suit for myself.It arrived,and it was clear that it certainly wasn’t linen.It was miles too small,not the size I ordered,and really badly made.
Still trying to return it.They wanted a photograph of the item,so I sent one.A week later,an email from them telling me their returns policy doesnt include postage.I already assumed this,and it will definately be by recorded delivery as I don’t trust this lot at all.
My alternative was a 10% discount,reading some of the reviews,it might not have been for my suit,as I assumed,but I couldn’t be bothered to waste my time reading any further.

Do not purchase from this site. If I could give it 0, I would. I ordered a 4XL linen suit for my husband and when it came it was see through, tiny and ill-structured. They are claiming I have received the item as described and offered a measly 10% refund for a purchase over £60! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

No stars!!!!! Terrible customer service who make it as difficult as possible to return an item. They only want to offer you a 10% discount instead of a full refund, do not buy from this company
