Had some issues with the delivery. Even though it wasn't their fault that the courier delayed the package, they responded back fast and even gave me a partial refund for all the inconvenience of the situation.

Great Customer Service & Excellent Shipping Turnaround
I recently ordered some 25mm sew on reflective tape and I had one of the best customer experiences ever. Once the tape was back in stock, I received an email notification and placed my order immediately. The tape arrived in good time, with two free samples of another tape packed in as compensation for waiting a long time for the 25mm reflective tape in to come back in stock.
Absolutely looking forward to my next time ordering with them! The prices are great too!

Fine on a flat surface
The tape is of excellent quality but unfortunately I cannot use it as it immediately peeled away from the curved surface I needed to apply it to. No doubt fine if you need it for a flat surface but not when you need very small pieces on a curve.

Whist the first roll of tape wasn't as expected, Flashbacktape were super helpful in immediately sending out a new roll that exactly matched my needs. There was no waiting for the original to first be returned, so no delay to me.
