Their customer service was excellent. They did two mock ups with different logos and sent them back right away. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours. The ordering process was easy and we received our completed order even sooner than expected. Everything looked great.

The representative, Stephanie, who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful, and very quick in handling our order. We have always been pleased with the quality of the products and wouldn't hesitate to order with FlashCoast again.

We ordered USB devices for an annual event; however, the product arrived with the wrong logo and did not function. Stephanie was responsive and agreed to provide replacements in time for our event the next day. The devices arrived shortly after registration, but the data load was embarrassing showing a folder with my business name (unrelated to the event). In both cases, Flashcoast failed to review/test the devices, which would have alleviated a tremendous amount of stress, time, expense, and embarrassment. We emailed our sales rep and she hasn't responded to my communications.

Very simple platform to get what you need. Request quote with uploaded logos and they get back very quickly. Ordered and here in a week.

My organization had ordered from FlashCoast in the past. When I emailed the person who had been our rep before I received no response. Two weeks latter, I emailed the generic "Sales" address available from the website - and only then did our rep email me.

We were able to work out the details of the mock ups I wanted to see, at which point I again waited over two weeks without receiving the requested mock ups. I emailed again to follow up and received a curt email that said, "I have re-attached the mock up for you." Only one mock up was attached. I had requested 5 mock ups to choose the one to best fit our needs, and I had NOT previously received an email with the mock ups attached.

Once I did finally receive the mock ups and place my order the process went smoothly and we received our order correctly and in a reasonable time frame. This is a good product and a very reasonable price.

Great products & Staff

My boss and I love the USBs we ordered. I did a lot of research before ordering from FlashCoast. Other companies charged way more and most had setup fees. Many had extra charges for non-monochromatic logos or simply didn't do them. The designs were clean lined and bright. We distributed them to our clients and have not had one complaint about them. It you are in the market for USBs, look no further.
