I ordered an arm sleeve and they shipped it to my country, due to an apparent address error they sent it back to flashe, so I asked them to send the arm sleeve back but I haven't gotten any response. It's been three weeks!

Found the Xsleeve to be super comfortable and has helped my aim in gaming improved a lot. Highly recommend.

support is very responsive, they write quickly, very friendly and respectful, I can't wait to get the package and try the sleeves!!

I recently purchased a sleeve from flashe, and wow does it make a HUGE difference! It has the slippery pads on the bottom, making my aim smooth and consistent. Combine it with a good mousepad and glass mouse skates and your good to go!

This purchase has truly exceeded my expectations. It may seem small, but it has made a big difference in my gaming, bringing convenience and a touch of luxury. I'm pleased with its quality and functionality. The Xsleeve made it easier to make correct movements when playing Fortnite.

Ordered the Gaming Sleeve Gen II on !!01.11.2022!! without any notice of a "pre-order" on the website. The sleeve is still not shipped over 6 months later. Didn't even receive a refund after the first e-mail. Luckily paid with paypal and got my money back instantly.

They where being very polite even though i was being a numskull. I was irritated over that they havent shipped my order yet. However it was me that dint see that the gen II sleeve i bought is a preorder. They told me its a preorder and even though i was the one in the wrong they offered me to chose between 3 items i could get for free with my original order.

They dont care a bit about you(the customer)
I ordered something early January and texted with the "customer support"but they barley care, if I am lucky I get an answer every week, if any.

I ordered a sleeve on november and i didnt receive it until January 26th , they offered me a 2nd sleeve because of the delay and it wasnt on the package , they didnt want me to refund because they sent me the sleeve when i warned them that i wanted it , and to finish the sleeve was the wrong one. I payed for a white one and i got black. Poor customer service and worse company

Product has yet to even start shipping a full month after my order (I live in the US So location is not the issue) and “customer service” cannot give an expected time nor a refund for the $10 dollar shipping of a tiny and basically weightless SLEEVE that was supposed to arrive within 3-10 business days. Now, with no word from the company and nearly hitting the 30 day mark I believe I have been scammed and will not receive the product I ordered, nor my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Perhaps the company is suffering “supply chain” issues and would EVENTUALLY send you your order, but I have no sympathy for them if they wont communicate this to customers on their product page and instead opt to scam people out of their money and with no indication that the products will not arrive as the shipping options claim they will.

I would very much love to tell you whether the XSleeve is a good product or not, but after well over a week later of ordering from them, UPS has yet to receive the package. I have written to them MULTIPLE times to at the very least get an update of when the product will arrive (They don't even have a contact phone number. Kinda shady), only to get complete radio silence days later. I have already opened a case with Klarna and I'm hoping for it to be resolved. Even if I end up receiving the product and it happens to be good I'm well past the point of caring. This is horrible customer service and I will most definitely NEVER make another purchase from them ever again. If the owner of the business reads this review, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I bought the Mousepad and it hasn't been shipped in over 2 months. i texted the support and they promised me that they will ship the mousepad within 7 days. Guess what didn't happen. Last purchase on that website

I‘ve faced nothing but kindness from the owner Marcus. Costumer support is top notch and the sleeves honestly are worth every cent!

I rarely ever leave a report, but the company and the owner Marcus deserve everything that comes to them. If you‘re checking out the reviews and unsure about buying from them i can assure you that you wont regret it.

Don‘t forget that people mostly only ever write a review if something went wrong! Dont get discouraged by that.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!
I bought a xSleeve following the size chart on website, and I received it completely out of that measure.. so basically the size chart was wrong at all.

They told me I should pay for the shipping back of the old product and the shipping for the new product, instead of sending me another item because of their size chart mistake.

Anyway after writing some email they did not even answer me.

Okay, I'll level - their intention originally was not to scam me.

They shipped the item which I never received. UPS claims they delivered it to a "women resident" (Where no women live?)...

So I contacted FlasheGamingGroup who are the ones who are suppose to deal with all UPS related issues, but refused to cooperate with myself or UPS, so I had to reach out on their behalf to start the investigation into the missing package.

UPS obviously found that the package was misdelivered and provided the SELLER (Flashe Gaming Group AB) a refund for the missing product.

But did I see my refund? No.
The sidelined me hard and attempted to take both payments, that of UPS and that of myself.

An absolutely terrible company. Which when presented with the chance, scammed their customer.

(Thankfully I have an amazing and understanding bank who processed the chargeback against them, but most people would likely be out 70$ for nada)
