I built and scaled a seven figure agency and Manuel is the real deal! Unlike many other coaches out there, he actually runs and owns a highly successful agency and shares the processes and behind the scenes with lots of support. These would take years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to figure out on your own. If you're not willing to invest and spend on SOPs and lead generation then this isn't for you, but if you understand the value in automation, ai, and marketing, what Manuel teaches will serve you for years to come. I joined Flash Hub after being promised a results-driven system with a 2x ROI guarantee and revenue projections of €90k/month by month five.

I was told I’d see leads within 6–8 weeks. After 5+ months, €5k in programme fees, €5k+ in ad spend, and over 80 hours of work, I received one call — no ROI, no paying clients, no results.

When I raised concerns, the story shifted:

From ROI to “just leads”

From projections to “more testing”

It felt like the goalposts kept moving. And yet—I didn’t immediately ask for a refund.

Instead, I offered Manuel a compromise: I would not request a refund if he and his team could take over the campaigns I had already built (using their training and coaching) and make them work — just to get one paying client that would meet the ROI guarantee.

He refused.

He preferred to issue the refund.

If the system works, why not prove it? Why decline a chance to deliver on the exact ROI promise that was sold?

Then I started connecting with other users:

Two others had invested €10k in the programme and another €10k in ad spend, also with no results.

One managed to get a refund.

I contacted two people featured in Flash Hub’s video testimonials. Both admitted the videos were recorded in the first 2–3 months, before they realised the system didn’t work and left the programme. They said the funnel and ads system didn't work at all.

And here’s where things really don’t add up:

This is statistically implausible for a B2B programme involving ads, funnels, and sales — where outcomes vary and technical hurdles exist. It raises questions:

Are reviews collected early in the onboarding phase before results come in?

Were participants incentivised to leave 5 stars before real performance could be assessed?

To be transparent: I eventually received a €5k refund, but I’m still out over €5k in ad spend, plus months of time and effort. The promised ROI never materialised.

⚠️ If you’ve been sold a ROI guarantee and didn’t receive it, I strongly recommend filing a dispute with your credit card provider if Flash Hub won’t refund you.

It took me a while to write this — partly from shame, and partly because I genuinely didn’t know whether this was just aggressive marketing or something closer to a scam.

But I now believe that the reputation doesn’t reflect the real outcomes, and future customers deserve transparency.

FlashHub has been great to work with. Their tool has been an invaluable resource for our agency growth!

Education was divided by two parts: working on the self-managing teams and client acquisition.

Before working with FlashHub:
- I had no idea how to work efficiently with my remote team of freelancers
- we lacked clarity on whether things were going to get done on time
