I had the pleasure of dealing with Jake M. After dealing with a company that had terrible customer service and gave us the run around, Jake was a breathe of fresh air! I would recommend this company to anyone, or any business! They are competent, quick, and easy to contact!

The final product came out very nicely, and I loved the packaging too! That was an added bonus. My rep, Jake M., was really good at following up, but the only confusing part was there were a lot of automatic replies that got sent between conversations, and I received them at the oddest of hours (one was sent to me at 11:00PM on a Friday and another was a 5AM in the morning). One was sent after I had placed the order and the email said something to the likes of "are you still interested in this product? let me know how I can help get these ordered" which freaked me out because I had literally already placed the order so I wasn't sure if it went through or not.

My suggestion, stick to real/personal responses and stay away from the overkill of automatic responses...

He was relatively attentive, noticing that I selected a product originally that may not be suitable for my purposes. I almost ordered 8 oz bottles of hand sanitizer which is huge! He asked if I was sure and saved me an oops order. I appreciated this. However, I would like for the agent to be more consistent in follow-up. May I suggest an old sales adage "Under promise and over deliver." Don't tell me to expect a mock-up today and then I get it 2 days later with no explanation. It just made me really nervous about timely delivery of the actual product. I've used them before for flash drives and there was an error but, they FIXED IT FAST for FREE! So, I decided to use them for this promo order too. The hand sanitizer I picked doesn't have the yucky alcohol smell and it doesn't dry your hands out- per a few co-workers' reviews. So this was a definite plus! I would have liked them to package the items a little more carefully as one or two bottles of sanitizer in each box burst and made a pretty nasty mess to clean up. Imagine if I had not opened the boxes prior to getting to the conference? All things considered I'm simply happy to have good product on time. Thanks Flashbay!
