Very happy with my purchase of a Thinstem. Product was exactly as described, arrived quickly and was well packaged.

You don't want no more flats this is the product to get it's not completely solid so you still have a tube in there so it's not all hard and rigid as a little give to it when it comes to the bumps in the trails

I would give Flatbike all the Stars if I could. With the pandemic it has been hard finding an off the shelf niche bike like the Flatbike but when I called I spoke to Mr. Forgrave himself and he was able to provide me a custom solution in just a few weeks.
I’m a really hard customer to deal with because I’m constantly traveling. Flatbike contacted me once my bike was ready and they were able to update my shipping location.
My experience with flatbike has been amazing and I will definitely be looking to them for all future biking needs!

I decided to order a set of pop-off flat platform pedals for my new Flatbike Century model so that I will have an option of pedal style to use when I ride. The pedal order was processed promptly and the new pedals arrived within 3 days. This is outstanding service. The pedals were securely packaged and arrived undamaged and in excellent condition. I now have the option of using spd pedals or flat platform pedals since both sets are pop-off style and are easily interchangeable on my bike. Thanks, Flatbike.

My Revelo Thinstem for 25.4mm handle bar is a well built stem that does its purpose of reducing the footprint occupied by my bike. I ordered it for my Change DF-702 folding commuter bike. Bob Forgrave from Flatbike Inc, even emailed me to make sure that I'm getting the correct size. It took 2 weeks delivery time from US to Singapore which is expected, via USPS. It came nicely packed with installation instructions. With the stem installed, it adds a little over an inch to your handle bar riding position which to me is barely noticeable. One issue that I am facing is, because the handle bar is now a bit higher, my rear derailleur cable is over stretched when folded. This is because my bike was supplied with just enough cable slack so as not to interfere when folded. I guess I would just have to replace my cable to solve this. Other than that, I am happy with the purchase, and would recommend this to friends and other people who want to reduce the space occupied by their bikes when parked. Of course this is not for weight weenies because it will certainly add a few grams to your bike. It's a matter of choosing the right product for the intended purpose. For me, it certainly satisfied my requirement therefore happy with it. How I wish I could post before and after photos of my bike after installing the Revelo Thinstem but this review space does not have the option. Highly recommended product, highly recommended supplier.

The pedals work great, but shipping took too long.

I have some questions about the tire liner that I purchased for my 26 x 4 Tire, I left a message and Bob personally called me back a few days later and was more than helpful and answered all of the questions that I could come up with.
Although I wasn't buying an actual flat bike from them, I would definitely consider it in the future after I've seen the level of customer service going on here.

Very good seller, very pleased with my purchase, flat bike is the best

The 1 1/4 inch THINstem is exactly what I needed for my bike in our garage. It's hanging on a SteadyRack, but I needed more clearance to get a vehicle in and out easily. I considered folding handlebars, but those options were much smaller than my current 28 inch. The THINstem arrived quickly and went on easily. It's a sturdy piece, and I'm so glad I found it.

The bike pedals were shipped quickly to me in Canada arriving in perfect condition. I have not installed them but they feel very light and of good quality.
