Flat pack heaven
After a rocky start that was in no way the fault of Michael and his team they went out of their way to ensure everything was completed in time. Mietek was professional, courteous and very kind to my 83 year old mother. He had to work in confined conditions but was so patient and meticulous. To say I am pleased with the work he did is an understatement. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fab team.

Michael and his team are exceptionally helpful, professional, reliable and their work is of an extremely high standard. They have assembled lots of Ikea furniture for me and also completed some really awkward 'customisations' that other tradesmen botched or wouldn't do. They did all this with no complaints at all & are so reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

It does not get any better than this. I requested help with the assembly of a 9-drawer storage unit less than two days ago and got an instant quotation. Having accepted this, I was given a half-hour slot for the job to be done. The fitter arrived bang on time and did the work to a very high standard and even took away all the unwanted packaging materials. Needless to say, I will be calling on the services of Flat Pack Help again as they just cannot be bettered.

Second time experience with this company and what a brilliant service! Quick reply, hassle free and very professional. Purchased a bunk bed from Wayfair and Andy, the assembler was very pleseant, did a great job and left the place tidy. Will contact the company again in the near future.

Excellent service. Prompt communication via email to arrange time and date. Michael arrived on time , waited as I was stuck in traffic without any issue. Very plesant and friendly and master of his craft. The furniture was assembled in no time at all and he very kindly fitted a wall clock and a large picture free of charge. Well worth the money .
