Awesome sales and support team, lovely movers who went way above and beyond.

The team that packed up our household and moved us in over the course of two days, was the hardest and most courteous group of people that I have ever worked with. They packed everything carefully and thoughtfully, worked very long grueling days without complaint. I give them 5 stars all around!

professional team. pre-assessment was efficient and super helpful to have a quote, communication with flatrate for any modification/update before the move was very easy. movers were on time, super professional, and great to interact with. move was very smooth and would recommend flatrate in NYC! (we had 2 apts at 30min distance to move into 1 at 2 hours distance. partial packing was included.

I had a difficult move. It was from the top floor of one walkup to the top floor of another, with an insane trip through the neighboring building’s rooftop to move in a dresser. Daniel Vega (?) and his 2 workers did an amazing job, they kept their cool despite the many challenges. I was happy with the price and tipped them generously as a result. Even the sales process was easy, including my need to delay and to get a COI to my building. Highly recommended!

this is my second move and the service was just as incredible as I remembered from the first time. Responsive, diligent and a desire to do a good job which unfortunately, is hard to find these days..

Every step of my move, from planning to destination, was so well done that I have nothing but good things to say. Between Ming who helped me with getting a quote and adding things on that I kept forgetting, to Will and his crew who actually did the move for me. Everyone was just a pleasure to work with and if I ever find myself moving in the city again I will definitely give them a call.

My moving consultant was incredibly helpful from the estimate, to making adjustments to my move list, to answering all of my questions to help me feel comfortable everything would go smoothly. The day of the move, the three movers were efficient, communicative, and creative in getting furniture through a tight spot into my new apartment! Our moving day went off seamlessly and FlatRate played a huge part in reducing the stress that comes with moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their moving services again!
