Originally Disgusted (But Now Impressed With Service)
I'm disgusted with this brand. I spent £50 on a case and an extortionate amount on shipping to the UK (which took forever) only to receive my order this morning to find it is of the LOWEST quality you'd expect a phone case to be. The cheap plastic/rubber is all bent out of shape and so doesn't fit the phone. It looks so cheap and nasty I am really disappointed.
UPDATE/EDIT: I heard from Susan at FLAUNT really quickly after having left this review. She asked for photographs and identified a possible manufacturing issue for which she offered me a replacement or refund. Impressed with this quick service.

I purchased the satin iridescent case
I purchased the satin iridescent case. It in no way rises to the quality I have come to expect from Flaunt. THe $46 price point is ridiculous for a case that is probably $10 quality, and I believe that is being generous. It had several scuffs on it after only a few hours of use.

Amazing cases! But problem with 16 Pro Max!
I love Flaunt cases and I easily own at least 6 or 7 of them, plus I’ve gifted them to friends. My only complaint is the recent 16 pro max *mag safe* model has an extra thick back (which is not shown in the photos) and renders the magnetic charging ineffective. I’ve tested this across multiple mag safe charging devices, and it’s definitely a problem with the case. I’m giving 3 stars because return shipping was easy and the representative immediately sent me a label. However, the customer service representative did not react at all to my concern about the case design. You can’t advertise something is mag safe if it’s too thick to charge!

The case and matching ring are both…
The case and matching ring are both gorgeous and very well made. Extremely sturdy and I feel like my phone is 100% protected. Shipping time was pretty fast and I was always kept updated with latest order status and arrival date. Loved everything so much that I've already ordered another case and ring which will be here in 2 days :)

I recd an email yesterday after the initial email in response to my complaint, telling me there was nothing they could do to help since the case was older than 6 months. The second response via email 20 days later stated that th case may have been defective and to please send photos. Just enough time to make sure I disposed of the case. but, I only disposed of the backing and kept the now clear case. My response was:
I disposed of the backing as it was useless, after receiving your initial email saying there was nothing you could do. I have the clear case if a photo of that and the initial email will help. This email is correct as no doubt it was defective. I do deserve a replacement.
Let’s see how that ends up.

MagSafe waste
I bought 2 MagSafe cases with the ring. It’s a total waste of money with MagSafe as the right is NOT magnetic. So you can have MagSafe charging OR use the ring.
In addition the “Abalone Shell” case feels super cheap. The shiny cheap plastic is VERY reflective.
The “Silver Metallic Snakeskin Faux Leather” case MagSafe ring has a VERY visible outline on the case (it doesn’t on their website). It ruins the whole look. I wish I could post pics to show you how bad it is. And again you can’t both use the ring and charge it.
I’m going to buy a PopSocket grip instead of the useless ring.
Finally Flaunt hadn’t posted my review. Shame in the company for only allowing 4-5 star reviews.

This is my 3rd FLAUNT case. Although I love the design, they are very expensive if buying from Canada and they wear out exceptionally fast i.e yellowing and peeling. I have posted my review on social media asking if there are any warranties or replacement. Zero reply. Very disappointed.

Eye-catching beautiful case
First off, I would just like to say that the customer service assistant who I asked questions of and worked with, Kayla, is a rock star‼️ I was told in a form response letter that it could take up to 24-48 hours to get a reply. Well, Kayla responded to me within 2 hours ~ and that was on a Saturday!
Now, to the lovely square abalone case I ordered. It’s absolutely beautiful and smooth to the touch and the colors are striking.
I also bought the crystal lens covers which add a sparkling, eye-catching bling to the case.
I can honestly say that I find myself admiring the case and lens covers many times throughout the day. I’m so very happy with my purchase and with the company.
I really also enjoy the square corners on the case. They make holding the phone easier, and you have a more comfortable grip.
Again, a very nice case that’s made well and looks beautiful❣️
