Terrible communication
I placed an order and was provided with a tracking number. Over a week later I received an auto generated email that my order had been refunded with no explanation. When I contacted them they said it was an issue with my address however they never attempted to contact me or rectify the situation. They offered me 15% off however I had 20% off in my initial order. The response I received was unclear regarding why this issue occurred and they said they couldn’t provide me any more information. When I left a negative comment on their instagram regarding poor customer service they deleted my comments. I do not recommend Flaunt, their customer service is poor and there is a massive lack of communication.

Upon receipt of the undeliverable package on Sept 30th a full refund was issued with an automated email to inform you. We’re very sorry we didn’t reach out prior to processing the refund to inform you. We will most certainly learn from this and make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future.

Corners peel off the case …
Loved the look of the case but the back peeled on the corners with two different cases. I would still have one if the corners had stayed intact.

Flaunts processing is faulty; refunds are not possible
I purchased my 2nd case as we had moved I updated my address. I paid for the item and then saw it will be shipped to my previous address. I emailed the company. They responded and said the address cannot be changed at this point and if it does not arrive I will basically lose my money. I am not impressed and will write additional 1 star reviews on other platforms.
