The guys at Flavors Laboratory have made some really tasty gins and liqueurs. From the carefully balanced choice of herbs and the specially developed distillation process, you can tell that they are used to working in a physics lab and that it has taken a systematic approach and many repetitions to achieve such excellent end results. In particular, I'm excited about their limoncello, which is nothing like the artificially flavored stuff you're usually exposed to. The limoncello of Flavors Laboratory has delicious, complex lemon flavors and a nicely balanced sweetness. I highly recommend it!

I tried two gins and one limoncello from these guys. I was positively surprised by how much flavour they can pack in their quite innocent looking products :) It's also always a pleasure to speak with open-minded and skilled brewers. Highly advised.

Great gin locally produced in Norrebro! These guys really focus on the flavour of their product, and make everything themselves! I love the little bottles to try out all available recipes :)
