Dear Mohamad,
We identified an issue with DHL's system failing to submit our shipments correctly. We've now removed their services from our website.
This issue was causing some of our customers to pay extra duties at customs, or having their parcels rejected. We've since moved to UPS and are no longer having problems.

Although we're not able to request that DHL refund your money, we can provide you with the submitted documentation so you have everything you need to start a claim with their team and customs.
