My package has not arrived its been more than 2 weeksand poor customer service

My package has not arrived yet so need to figure out what other options I had. When i called your rep was very impolite and rude. Cany you be better at your customer service? i am surprised you let people like this work for you. Unbelievable service i should have purchased it in store which would have saved me from this awful experience. Dont buy it Online in their website more than two weeks havent received the package yet and cant cancel it now I have to wait another how many days not sure
