Hi there just to correct this, the item was not faulty but it was a change of mind. Once used I am afraid we cannot return.
Terrible Customer Services
Customer services just won't get back to me about returning the item I bought which was not what I expected. Even worse, they are now saying that they haven't had any emails from me so I emailed again, marked it urgent, with copies of the other emails that I had sent and STILL no reply!
