Wished I'd read reviews first!!! No goods received even after multiple texts & emails. Lesson learnt - to check reviews first

As Mildred, I wrote about no contact from this company.
Well...they place our order for us in China.
My purchase came 2 days after I wrote my review.
So here I am eating humble pie...saying as much and making my apology.
I have to say that the lack of communication is understandable because we are paying for the goods and no more. If you want more, buy your stuff elsewhere, and from a company where someone wage comes from my/your money payment to listen to my/your whinging.
At 11.99 a pot...a nanny isn't something we're buying/ENTITLED to.
Product gets its first try out tomorrow. Nice soft perfume to it..reminded me of my Nans night cream...lol..
If you want it, be prepared to wait for the Chinese postal service container coming onto Port. Its deffo coming on a Slow Boat From China.🙂

Came from China. Alls good,
Did order an applicator separately, not required and rather shoddy compared to supplied applicator.
Still they say allow 17 days- perhaps change that to 28 so that it will arrive in the time frame.

Ordered 3 pens from this company. They have taken my money but have not received product. There was no email order acknowledgement, so I chased up with an email to them, no response, tried again, no response. Tried ringing the number, just permanently engaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM ALERT!!!!

WHY is this company getting away with stealing peoples money???? I placed an order, not received it, have tried emailing, fake email address as is the mobile number!!!! Absolute disgrace. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!

Dont use this company offer advertised is not what you get mine was buy 2 get 2 free... Only got 2 wasnt delivered by 1st royal mail. Did email them twice and not had any reply what so ever. Its a very bad service and product. Would not recommend to anyone.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. No order confirmation, no customer service no call back just sharp reply on txt. No answer to email I have now contacted my bank to refund my payment. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I ordered 5 whitening pens and paid for them, when they eventually turned up they were all empty. They say you get a 60 days money bk if not happy. I have sent emails no reply from them, they have a mobile number which they are on WhatsApp and its a picture of 2 young men. Would not respond to me even tho it says to txt them and they will reply, when i said i would go to the fraud agency, they just sent a Chinese address. 🤷. How can we stop these people taking our money and sending duff products?? Very annoyed and it seems im not the only from other emails....

Got the teeth whitening quickly put in an enveloppe with no packaging nor explanation on how to use it. It is sort of okay as I found how to use it online, but then it doesn't work. I used it for a few days, didn't make a difference on my teeth. It says 60 days money back guaranteed. They don't reply to my emails, nor to my texts. So either it is a scam, either they are overwhelmed by the amount of emails they get, but it has been over a month. But I feel lucky I actually received my product, as many others seem to not receive it at all. Very upsetting!

They take your order then don't deliver. I have emailed numerous times. This scam company need to be stopped from stealing people's money.

DO NOT PURCHASE from these people. I do not know what is going on here but this company needs looking into. Ordered 3 items at a cost of almost £25 nothing arrived. Tried to track parcel, no details, 8 e mails to their customer service, no response, no one on the phone line, no reply to a letter asking for a refund for non delivered goods. I paid by debit card and I made a claim with my bank and they refunded me the full cost of the order. It is useless trying to get a refund from them, the whole thing is a SCAM!!!

Never received the items that I purchased online. I emailed info@flawlesscosmetics and nobody responded to my email which seems very suspicious . I am still without the items that I purchased.

I would not trust this company one little bit. Worst service I’ve ever received - I have never purchased anything online and not either received it or have been given an apology by the retailer and reimbursed. This is shocking!

AVOID!
Ordered a teeth whitening pen. Took weeks to arrive and when it did came with no instructions whatsoever and the pen felt half empty! Requested a refund 3 times and been ignored.

Placed an order after seeing very nice advertisement on social media, however later that day I realised it’s not what they claiming.. like selling in boots.. they don’t! So I contacted them same day to cancel my order, no response…on day 6 I received an email my order has been shipped, so I contacted them again to explain.. they replied saying “have to return “ that’s it!!!!! I told them I’m not paying for bloody return postage. I have contacted them straight away to cancel my order. Bloody joke!

Please do not use this company!!!!! I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago and they quoted first class delivery. The contact number quoted is a mobile which is never picked up. You have to text them. I asked where my order was and the reply was "Takes a few weeks". That was it. No timescale, no courtesy, no apology. I'm now going to get a refund from the credit card company. My firm belief is that this is a scam company - please do not waster your money.

My order was updated but they only send me a one item order was placed on Nov 28, 2021, so many emails and texts no response at all Applicator was odered too

Claim to sell in Boots which is not true.
Only one mobile number and one email as contact - no address.
Product comes from China but it doesn’t tell you that until you track shipment
Pens arrive unboxed
Nowhere does it tell you what ingredients are in the pen which is alarming
Website basic - no contents page as such which makes me think this site is dodgy
Advertising on social media which I think helps to falsely represent the brand
