The ring my fiancé ordered was absolutely stunning and exactly what I had asked for. The rings come in a beautiful box with a light, which really adds to the proposal and very unique. The initial ring said the estimate time for arriving was 2-3 weeks and all arrived precisely on time with Royal Mail tracked! We did have a few issues with my ring not being at the correct size and they have now been sorted and my ring fits perfectly. I can’t express how excited I am to wear my ring and show it off. Harriet, Steve and Jeremy had been fantastic in helping us to get my ring to the correct size and back to us as quick as possible! Harriet has really sorted us out and was very kind during the whole process, we are truly really greatful for all your lovely gestures and going above and beyond to resolve our issue. Amazing customer service from start to finish. I have always wanted a 3 carat stone as an engagement ring but lets be honest not everyone has 50-60k for a natural diamond. I went back and forth between moissanite and lab grown diamond and Im so glad I went this route. It cost a fraction of what even a lab grown diamond would and looks phenomenal. It took about 2 weeks to get the email that it had been received and maybe 3-5 days to make it to my door from Great Britian and im in the states! The ring is absolutely gorgeous and the presentation of it was exceptional. I felt like I was receiving a million dollar ring. The packaging was so well protected. The ring itself was in a very sturdy ring box inside an even sturdier presenting box and wrapped with a beautiful elegant bow. All of this was then covered with layers upon layers of packaging for the safety of the contents inside. I have gotten so many compliments on the ring and it remains beautiful after many hand washes and showers. It looks gorgeous on my hand! Wish I could send a picture!!

This company went above and beyond to ensure the engagement ring arrived on time, we ordered it on the 27/8/24, and desperately needed it to arrive by the 15/9/24. Our daughter and her boyfriend were flying out of the country on the 16/9/24, it was a surprise proposal so obviously we had to be sure it would arrive. It arrived special delivery on the 15/9/24. The engagement ring is absolutely stunning and of a very good quality. Our daughter is extremely fussy with everything but she absolutely fell in love with it. The ring was slightly too big, which was our fault entirely. I contacted Steve who was very helpful and asked us to return it to them and they would re size it, which they have done. It arrived back within 2 weeks and now fits perfectly. We would highly recommend this company 100%, we will certainly use them again for any future purchases and we will recommend them to all our friends and family.

Initially sent the wrong ring - customer service at this point was good as they (I thought) had rectified this and stated through email they were sending the correct ring out and I would receive a £100 refund for the inconvenience.

This is when the real problems started, I received an email stating the ring had been received with a photo attached. The photo was quite clearly not my home and actually a shop in England - I live in Scotland. Since then they have ignored absolutely every email I have sent. I want to now give the wrong ring back and receive a full refund as this is totally unacceptable. Would give zero star if I could as we are now left with a ring that we do not want!!

Still no ring…no refund and no £100 refund for the inconvenience. Was promised last night I would receive a notification off PayPal refund. Again still waiting. Never had to deal with a company like it, it’s ridiculous.

Received refund and also sent new ring thanks for sorting this out in the end.

My fiancée has only worn her ring for 3 months and already a diamond has fallen out and been lost… this is alarming to hear as the reviews I’ve read when selecting a ring claimed to have great craftsmanship. So now we have a ring that is missing a piece and engagement photos scheduled in a month for now…. On top of that the customer service is terrible. Someone reached out, got my hopes up that they were actually going to be able to help and then just stopped responding after I told them what I needed help with. This is ridiculous and infuriating.

*Update 10/25: Flawless finally answered my questions and I have since sent our ring in for repairs and stone replacement. The information was not on the website, but on their social media and a gallery on what’s app. A rep reached out and formally apologized for communication issues on their part as none of them talk to each other and expressed that they would notify those that mishandled communication. Just waiting on the ring to come back now.

So I finally got the ring back and I’m not super thrilled with the “repair” that was done. The ring has the new stone, and that’s about the only positive thing that came out of sending it in.

Sherrie reached out to me regarding the repair and was very understanding of my disappointment with it. To make things right she offered to have the SET remade (not just the engagement) and even said we could keep the wedding band we already have so my financee can stack her wedding bands when we finally tie the knot! I am happy with the arrangement and looking forward to our new rings! Sherrie has been so helpful in making the best of a stressful situation.

Great service, really helpful, the ring is amazing, and a great display box. Would definitely recommend.

I have got to say, I am just thoroughly impressed. Arrived just only 13 hours late. They nailed everything. Even down to the packaging and boxing of the product. They packaged it in a beautiful black box, and wrapped a bow around it underneath bubble wrapping, and at least 4 layers of reinforcement to prevent any damage. I worked for FedEx and they are not gentle AT ALL with their boxes so this really was a relief - could literally stomp on the package and not even make a dent in it. The craftsmanship of the ring is amazing. I got the vintage style bridal set 1.5 ct, and changed it from rose gold to gold, and it looks just as i imagined it. Just gorgeous and thousands of other people on reddit agree. Completely solid 10/10. Thank you Flawless Moissanite.

Absolutely incredible ring, communication is rather slow due to it being in the states, but the service is sublime. Ordered it too big, sent it back as instructed and received it a week later and it’s now perfect. Could not recommend them enough.

Honestly I couldn’t say more nicer words about this company. Me and my fiancé spoke and created the type of ring I wanted. He went ahead and ordered, it arrived beautifully and sparkly I’ve had it on my finger for 2 months now. Someone we lost the wedding band that came in the set but Sherrie went above and beyond with her customer service and was able to assist us getting a replacement. I’m sure I will be back for other pieces in the future.

Update: The Company/The senior sales rep got this into her hands now. Now it all went a lot better and my issues could be solved within 2 days. Very unfortunate that it couldnt be like this from the beginning. Apparentely they had some issues which affected the company unfortunately as well. She was very apologetic and did everything she could to make it up to me/us. The cash back got processed immediately and the customs as well. For all the troubles she even told us to keep the ring, so that was nice as well. Now that i have looked at the ring, i have to say that it is very beautiful, looks to be of good quality, how well shall the future show, but my fiance loves it. So all in all, after a lot of hickups in the begining it now turned to the better.

Absolut crap Company with scammy Customer support. Waited nearly 6 Weeks for something to happen, got in contact with them etc. Always the same nonsense answers to keep you waiting. After 2 Months the engagement was too close so i had to divert and get a ring from another company, got it after a few days. So i canceled the order. Then the odyssey began. Multiple questions when the money will be wired back they either ignored or answered with a "we have technical issues" crap answer. After months i got in contact with paypal because i lost hope that they will ever give me my money back. I can only warn of their business doing. Some weeks later i received a package, not knowing what it was i unfortunately accepted it, and it was the ring... Now they even want to me to pay customs and stuff. I guess this will become a lawsuit. Unhappy cant even nearly describe what i think of this company!

Edit: They are trying to take this review down because im speaking about my negative experience. Now i know why they got this positive/negative review ratio. Im guessing they are just taking everything they dont like down, and most people are not willed to go against it and go through the process. At least thats the message i get from it. I always had problems getting answers from them, and almost none of the ones i got helped or had some meaning. But as soon as you write a negative review it gets taken down after a few hours... Thats the customer care i like...

I’ve had my rings for a few months now and they still sparkle and shine! I am absolutely in love with them. When I bought them, I had a few questions and reached out to customer service. They responded within a day and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!!!

This could not have been a better experience. I’m 38 and have never been married before and know literally nothing about jewelry.

Sherrie and her team were the epitome of professional and the customer service is unparalleled.

To start, I ordered my ring and picked a 10ct oval center cut not knowing that it was a very large diamond and when I got the ring, it looked super awkward and was not a style my fiancé would like. Sherrie sent me videos, explained everything perfectly, and did all the hand holding through my anxiety and desire for perfection.

To end it all, when I sent the ring back for a remake, Sherrie informed me that she had basically the same ring ready in a different size. She sent pictures and provided options on bands. I picked one and Sherrie made sure it was resized and overnighted to me so I can have the ring when I was planning to propose.

To end it all, service was incredible and the product was exactly as advertised. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical about purchasing something other than a real diamond for my fiancée’s engagement ring. But now I couldn’t be more pleased! My wife’s ring is literally the talk of the town! All of her friends are blown away by how beautiful it is, and no one has a clue it’s not a real diamond! The shine and sparkle is amazing! I got a 3 carat Princess cut set on a white gold vintage band and it is gorgeous! To top it off, Sherrie and her entire team have been amazing during the entire process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience….and did I mention the ring is GORGEOUS!! Trust me, you won’t regret it if you choose Flawless Moissanite! I guarantee it won’t be my last purchase from them!

We ordered my wedding set on July 24th and got it delivered August 12th. I was, like many other reviews, nervous to make such a big purchase online. I am so glad I did!! I contacted via text and got a reply in a day updating me on the shipping time. It is beautiful and everything I hoped for. So thankful I found Flawless Moissanite!!

Ordered an egagement ring July 31 at 10 pm. Needed it by my now fiancé’s birthday Aug 16. Reached out to them and was instantly reached back by Kelsie who expedited the process and got the ring to me on Aug 12. My fiancé loves the ring and i am super grateful for Flawless Moissanite for their communication, care, and hard work! 10/10

Amazing Customer service!

When I first ordered I was still learning about a few things so wanted to make a few changes but was scared it was too late. Nope! The lovely ladies at Flawless Moissanite have been nothing but helpful in assisting me with a few tweaks and changes with my purchase. So excited for it to arrive! :)

I ordered my rings in October and they arrived two weeks later, earlier than I anticipated. I ended up having to send them back to get resized a few weeks ago and we had a few hiccups, but Sherrie went above and beyond with her customer service. She is great about sending videos of the rings as well. My rings are beautiful and I love them so much! I will definitely shop here again!

Naturally hesitant to purchase something of such value online, but the customer service and constant communication could not be faulted. My ring was produced and delivered right on time. And I am IN LOVE with this ring. It is set so beautifully, the design is dainty and minimal but amplifies the large moissanite stone, which is so shiny & sparkly it could blind someone!!!! In love!!
