Wish I could give a zero! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! 5 months later and no product, no refund, won’t give a refund, switching warehouses blah blah blah!!! Every excuse in the book! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND A COMPLETE SCAM! Do NOT waste your time or money…it’s not worth it!

Awful experience, purchased a IPL machine it was faulty with an intimitant fault, sent back next day recorded delivery as I was told and they are refusing to refund. So I have no product and out of pocket. I thought I was buying from a reputable company but extremely unprofessional. AVOID

She also claims that this isn't her trust pilot and that she's been hacked and all the reviews are fake.
Umm funny how she can reply to my review if she's hacked.
Also I'm not going to waste my time returning a working device. Just look at all the other reviews and make your mind up.
All anyone has to do is look at the trust pilot reviews to know what a scam company it is. Its easy to say its working now after getting it back but still not refunding me, Absolute joke and Im not going to waste my time writing emails Iv clearly been scammed

Waiting weeks and weeks for our order!Ordered way before my daughters 12 th birthday and her Birthday has come and gone 2 weeks ago and still no package!! Never again with this company ! Very disappointed !!!😡

I’d like to take the star back but you can’t go any further without at least one.

I placed an order, for 69.00 they took 201.59 from my account. I tried to contact the number provided and it's not in service. Total scam. Buyer beware...

if there was a no star rating i would definitely do it. scammers is all i can say. send constant emails about specials but don’t even get back to you about your parcel you ordered months ago. beyond angry with this company

scammers i still havent receive my item but this flawless company take my money why instagram allow unofficisl companies to advertise on there app this is disgusting and i would advise everyone to report them and not not buy from them.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Ordered end of March still not arrived no refund, emailed numerous times DO NOT USE

I have two orders outstanding with this company, both from the end of March. I have contacted them numerous times as to when I may expect delivery, but all that is forthcoming is that they are in transit and sorry for the delay. There is no up to date tracking information, but they say because the items have been dispatched, they cannot give me a refund, even though I have received nothing. My advice would be DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered small received large and took weeks to arrive:
They asked me to return item promising they would send the small when they got the bodysuit back: I paid for the return again on the promise they would refund the costs.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour! Instagram should not be allowing them to advertise. Shame on you flawless fit and shame on you instagram for not blocking them.

I wish i could give less than a 1 star. This is a SCAM. I ordered two small bodysuits in black and brown. I received 2 blacks in XL and L… I emailed their contact us email which DOES NOT EXIST! It’s a fake email and when you send them a contact us request it doesn’t work either. And the delivery took forever. Don’t waste your money seriously. The tik tok ad people are all bots. Just promised money to advertise for the product for a company that they have no clue about.

Worst experience, not only did they add another item to my order and invoice me afterwards. It took 5 weeks to arrive. Then once I finally received them they were the complete wrong size (ordered size M, received size XL) now they refuse to give me the correct items.

I paid NZ $90 on 4th January 2023 for a Engravng Pen from Flawless Days advertised on Pinterest because many of us are home crafters. No sign of the product, like others have said lots of excuses. Lots of obviously false reviews in the positive which I now believe are company employees. Don't get sucked in like I did. No sign of the product online, and yes they are mainly beauty treatment. Their online shop has no provision for Reviews, and Contact Us does not work. BEWARE, FALSE, AND NO RECOURSE FOR COMPLAINTS OR REFUNDS

STOP!!!! DO NOT, Under ANY circumstance, give these FRAUDSTERS any MONEY! You will NOT receive anything but LIE after LYING email. The confirmation email will soon tell you what I mean. They will LIE to you that from shipment and delivery to your door will take four+ weeks. This instantly yelled SCAM. I blamed myself for being stupid, but it's all very nice and polished. Subsequent emails will read similarly - shipping delays, warehouse problems adding another 10+ days. All infuriating BS. DO NOT USE!
PS. They will add various titles after FLAWLESS - Beauty, Online, Days Etc. to avoid negative reviews.

I ordered flawless foundation that I saw on pinterest I paid £24.99 but was getting a deal which was 3 for that price,that was on the 29th jan they took money out of bank straight away but I'm still waiting and if u say flawless online ain't the people I should be talking to then why does it always seem to come back to u,after Googling your number it comes back to flawless.....not happy 🤬
