Fleava has been taking my money for months now. I got a hold of them which was hard to do and they told me they were very sorry for taking my money and would put it back in my account. No money has been put back in my account and they are still taking their monthly payment.

Ordered product which arrived ok. I didn't see any improvement in my hair growth at all. But then realized that I was being charged a subscription for the next 4 months before I stopped it. TOTAL SCAM company as I didn't sign up to this. They refunded me 1 month but still walked away with £75 overcharge...
Do not deal them!

Set me up with a subscription I didn’t even know about, claim you can cancel it by using the ‘My Account’ on their website, yet there isn’t a ‘My Account’ tab on there, absolute jokers.

I still haven’t received the first order placed a month ago, then I get an email saying my 2nd order is on the way.

They are a joke do not spend a penny with them.

This is the worst of the worst!
I paid for one shampoo, and was charged 6 tines every month!
And I still did not get any product though I've sent many Emails!
Do not buy! No matter what they promise!!!

I have recently started using Fleava and have not yet seen results consistent with your prediction
But, what has not impressed me is that my account got debited with a parcel on the way message whilst I did not make an order. I have sent e-mails cancelling and asking for my account to be credited with the amount that was debited and no response! I am unimpressed so far!

I never received any product in 6 weeks. one time i was told they had an FDA hold on their product, another time, they were 'investigating my account with their shipping partner'. in the meanwhile they charged me again for a second month of subscription, and have refused to refund me anything

its a scam!!!! Keep away from it!!!!
The never delivered my order and also just double charged my credit card over a month later!
This place is a fraud for real! I had to cancel my credit card and re issue!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I don’t even want to give this company a 1*! Fleava deducted funds from bank account - allegedly claiming I’d signed up for a subscription (when I hadn’t done so), and refused to refund my money.
Now, several months after asking them to cease, they’ve just debited funds from my account again!

Buyer Beware - My Experience with Fleava
I placed an order with Fleava
Order ID: #119066) over a month ago and paid extra for shipping protection.
Despite this, the order has still not been delivered.
What's worse:
• Customer support keeps passing responsibility
• No clear ownership of the issue
• No refund issued, despite repeated follow-ups

If you're considering ordering, please be cautious.
Based on my experience, shipping protection did not help, and post-purchase support has been extremely disappointing.
I'm sharing this so other buyers can make an informed decision.

This company is a scam. There doesn't seem a way to cancel a subscription and no response after completing a Contact Request. No phone number is listed.

This is a scam, you will end up with a product that doesn't work at all, and a subscription that you don't want and cannot cancel.

Do not order from this company. They will charge your CC non stop and there is no way to cancel it. The online portal is nothing, I don't think this company is authentic at all.

Secure delivery and it works

I ordered. Nothing came. Despite repeated emails, they ignored my right for a full refund. They constantly gave me the run around. They are not to be trusted. Easily the worst most disingeuous company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Do not even consider giving them a penny of your money.

I can never remember to have made a subscription to these guys. Still i have now payed 66$ * 4 and none of the "orders" have even arrived😵😵😵

Dirty, crooked, scam artists. They will charge you for months even after cancellation and still not deliver products (which are complete trash btw). Stay far away from this company!

Unauthorized Monthly Charges

Fleava continues to charge my bank account each month. Fleava Customer Support has confirmed in writing that I am not enrolled in any membership and they don't see they are charging me each month so there is nothing for them to refund. Cancelled my debit card and bank reissued it, yet somehow Fleava got the new card number and continues to charge my card. I have issued complaints with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission.

Submitted a number of orders, none of which have been received after 5 months. Email queries rarely respind and just state delays in production. When ordering, system automatically opts you in to an auto debit each month, which had to cancel payments via PayPal.
I've never left a review on any site, but am disappointed with loss of funds, no product and no way to retrieve anything. Still stating issues with production, or unexpected delays for the only product they produce. Steer clear.

I started using it mostly out of fear because baldness runs in my family. Didn’t want to wait until it was too late. The GHK Cu formula feels light and doesn’t leave any greasy stuff behind. My hair feels thicker when I run my fingers through it which is strange because it’s never felt like that before. Kind of happy I jumped on it early.

Honestly didn’t think I’d ever bother writing a review about a hair product but here I am because the copper peptide formula actually did something. I wasn’t paying attention at first but one morning I caught myself in the mirror and my temples didn’t look as bare. Even my barber casually mentioned that the sides looked a little fuller which made me look twice. It’s been a weird relief seeing something finally work after years of trying random stuff.
